I saw Girlie Show at MSG. My seats were not great & the tour is not one of my favorites, but there were several performances that were great------ Erotica, Fever, LIB

I still don't fully understand why it has taken so long to release BA on DVD. The concert is an iconic and influential pop concert that deserves more love and respect by giving it another rerelease.
They rereleased the TOD film after W.E., so now they should do the same for BA!

Yes like many people have said too many times before-- GB or Addicted would have been much better than superstar as a fourth single.
I also heard superstar once while Fox News was going to a commercial break. The song sounded very good even though the news program was too conservative for me.

I listen to this song so many times b/c it's too much fun, and i really like how Madonna sings the song. I would probably not like this song performed by any of the current pop divas. I agree the video looks truely amazing, but I continue to feel she repeated herself here instead of trying to do something visually more original.

I know superstar was released in brazil for the contest, but I wonder if this song was actually ever considered for the 4th single?? I like the track, but not as a single. It would have bombed unless there was an awesome single remix released.

I love that Fever was playing on the loud system when she made her entrance for the superbowl press conference prior to the actual Super Bowl. I was not expecting to hear such a forgotten great track from the erotica era that day!

It's too difficult to rank all the albums. In my opinion, all her albums are at least good to amazing. Each album has great songs on them. I also know some people will always slam HC and MDNA, but those albums are great fun to listen to, and I have come to appreciate them as part of Madonna's incredible discography.

I love very early Madonna, and I remember as a kid all her songs off the first album that were regularly played on the radio. I still can't believe that holiday never was a top ten single in the US, and burning up never made the top 100 single chart. Just by coincidence-- I heard burning up on the radio twice last week(and I rarely listen to the radio!).

Agree X-Static Process from MTV was very special. Also loved her performing Secret during DWT.

The MDNA era definitely made me a happy fan with some "weirddonna" moments.
I also think the GGW video looks awesome, but I felt like Madonna was repeating herself with the video, and gaga was mooching off the gay imagery for a while by the time GGW was released.

I support Madonna for whatever artistic/business decisions she makes in her career, but I question if she will ever gain any recognition from the critics and public for being a director. I think that she has the talent and ability to direct a good movie, but she most likely will might make another so so film. I feel that she continues to spread herself too thin with too many projects while raising four children as a single mother(I know she receives much help from the people she hires).
For my own personal reasons, I want Madonna to make another album, and tour again(but with not such a long tedious schedule). I miss the days when she was inspired and motivated enough to release singles and albums every two years.

DWT in New York or another big city. It would have been great to see The Virgin Tour as well because Madonna was becoming a global superstar during that era.

**For many years, I never use to listen to most of her eighties tracks.
**I actually really like the One More Chance song, and I often find myself singing superstar in my head.
**I think ROL is slightly overrated by the fans, but I love the album.
**I don't like some of her behavior during the HC and MDNA eras.

Disappointed never saw Drowned World Tour in NY since I'm a huge fan of both Music and ROL albums.

I think Madonna likes many different types of men as long as they are good in bed. She married a jew, and then a blond upper class poseur, and now she is going out with a man from Africa.

I didn't see most of Madonna's movies, but Evita is my personal favorite. Her acting was good(yeah!), but I have to admit some of the scenes were a little boring and the movie went on for a little too long.

I like the shirts, but I really can't see her dating him when she is sixty. I admit that I'm totally surprised they have been together for this long!

I really like how she radically changed her image for the Live To Tell video to start the True Blue era. This is not one of my favorite albums, but I like that there were five singles & videos released. I wish there would have been four to five videos for HC and especially MDNA.

They are all great to me, but MDNA is my favorite. I was not too into S&S version when saw it live, but love listening to it now.
