My mom is visiting and we just watched this clip together.
I love this movie big time even though some scenes are just way too long....
-
Brought Who't that Girl soundtrack on vinyl, and Evita and TNBT soundtrack CDS
Actually never saw a vinyl pressing of Vision Quest even though they must of sold a lot back in the day.
-
He always came across as he knew how to f**k when it came time.
-
Wow that's pretty traumatizing and possibly a life changing moment for Brahim if he did change his plans, but his two amigos wind up getting killed during the attacks.
-
The situation as of now seems really NOT good and don't blame people for being very anxious.
Hope and pray everybody's safe and show can take place!
-
Refuse to purchase for first few months after it was released just because the track listing seemed so random and sloppy. The CD artwork won me over big time, and still listen to it all the time to this day. Imagining it must fantastic on vinyl!
Would also have personally preferred more nineties and even 00s tracks, but gotta love that somehow everybody and burning made it.
-
Would be awesome to see in person!!
-
Still love it, but if they wanted to keep the track list as it was released, maybe a third "bonus" DVD could have been included to include all the left off videos. Have seen several artists do something similar, so why not Madonna?
-
Not one of my personal favorites, but would have liked to see how a video would have been filmed for it.
-
Use to care a bit more when homos I knew or even if elitist journalists harshly criticized Madonna for minor bullshit, but learned now not to read or listen to other people's "opinions" on her. The turning point for me was during this era because I honestly love the music and that's what most important!

Omg their debating Madonna's speech on farty pants Bill O'Reilly show right now!!
-
Would have loved a video for NF, but at the same time, the song is so amazing that it feels like a video was almost not needed.
-
I was at the BS video premiere in NY back in the day (yes I'm "old") and the fans there reacted very enthusiastically when we all saw the amazing video projected on the big screen for the the very first time. I remember thinking that the video really helped Madonna come across seeming even more edgy and alternative if that makes sense, but other tracks on the album could have been bigger hits for sure. BS was not a US hit because most Americans taste in music at the time sucked and was not progressive.
-
What a treat for those fans to experience those shows in amazing Italy
-
Agree GI2M was not a flop internationally, but it definitely pretty performed poorly in US! Assume Madonna's team expected a sizable hit in US, especially with Pharrell.
Like it was said so many times before, beat goes on would have had a better chance for impact with GP in the states.
-
The performance is definitely a highlight from IGTTYAS!
Really like how it was filmed!!
-
Strongly feel it was almost obvious at the time that BS and HN would not perform well on US charts, but there were no surprises about the singles being hits in the more progressive European market.
There were potentially safer single choices from BS, but I'm happy about the artistic risks she took.
-
Album version is great, but it's an interesting and odd track at the same time too.
Peter Rauhofer official remix is pretty amazing as well
-
DWT since it's my third favorite tour after Confessions and MDNA!
Still have not seen RH yet because waiting for January.
-
Seems like causing a commotion could have been placed somewhere on celebration as well. Remember hearing CAC all the time on the radio as a kid (peaked #2), but have no idea if it was an international hit.
-
My last favorite era by far even though MDNA came somewhat close and still can't comment on RGT since have not seen it live yet.
-
I actually love that miles away and hollywood were included instead of songs like GI2M!
For whatever reason, don't get all the love for GI2M, but I respect everyone's tastes anyway.
-
Song is unique and odd at the same time, and agree that it could have been released as the first single off AH.
Also, the RIT version is my favorite performance from that tour!

Still listen to Debut after all these years. It was very progressive at the time of release and still very strong after all these years (in my humble opinion).
This list also contains so many amazing artists, massive attack, radiohead, blur, beastie boys, etc. Wish erotica or even BS could have made the list somewhere. Oh well...
