The Sun had a lovely pic of Madge saying how she's still got it. Such nice words are so rare these days.

Does anyone know what Annie Lennox was doing during M's performance. Would be interested to know if she was clapping along or looking holier-than-thou.
I love Annie but she does need to stop taking herself so seriously.
-
Stunning. First time I'm hearing the song and first time I'm seeing her performance. I'm glad I avoided all the spoilers and stuff.
Greatest Grammy performance by her ever! Can't believe some uptight fags are calling her stiff. She was stunning and made everyone else look boring. No on else combines artistry with proper tunes and performance like her.
On the bad side, it annoys me how the Press are concentrating on her ass flash when she just delivered such a stunning performance. Especially here in the UK, it's all about how desperate she is by showing her ass. Hopefully that will change when the album drops and she gets headlines for getting another number 1.

So well produced. Her voice sounds amazing... But have parts that are simply way too preachy for me. Dont tell me I need to do as you do in order to "save my soul". Im good, thanks.
Hmmm...you don't sound good. In denial?
-
I'm surprised she would include a convicted rapist on her track....
*Dickhead alert*
-
I don't understand why she won't confirm.
Chill. Fucking chill. Lol! God knows how you would have survived in the 80,s.

This comment is soo fucking stupid I just can't!
Ban please!
Seconded! Lol!

Report me to who, you silly fuck? Just you KEEP ON invading these threads with your insane ramblings...
Afterall, only a friggin nutcase would sit stroking his micro dick while listening to Madge's latest album over SKYPE.
So fucking funny! This thread cracks me up.

Ugh - he's only said that cos hes scared of bumping into her at the grammies
He's only saying it because he read the MOJO interview where it states Madonna is a fan of him.

The #1 song Like a Prayer was not in my top 50
How does it feel to have shit taste?
-
I thought Erotica would be higher.
TPOG should be top ten.
Dear Jessie should be top ten.
Jump should be top ten.
Paradise is way overrated.
Disgusted overall but I can't fault the number 1 and number 4.

He'll be too busy sucking cock in prison
Yeah his ass is gonna get severely hacked lol. Serve him right the twisted GaGa stan.
-
it was her second no1 in Germany since La isla bonita
it was huge
I can't believe how shit Germany is. She only had one number 1 before the year 2000? How is that possible? Is this her worst market?
-
Loved it at the time now I think it's absolute garbage
BAN?

He's gorgeous to look at and his relationship with his Dad makes me all warm and fuzzy.
I want Madonna to work more with him, and maybe have sex with him too.
-
Isaac, Xstatic Process and Gang Bang....my brother refused to believe it was Madonna as he hates her but loves these.
-
Ok this one has totally grown on me. First I thought it was no more than "I don't Give A.." Part 2. Don't like M to be too self referential like rappers.
But...now I love it as I can see she's having some cheeky fun.
Question to you guys....is it Madonna singing the chorus fully or us some of it Nicki? Her voice sounds so different and swaggerish I just wondered ( don't flame me).

A fan since True Blue album. My reaction to each album as follows:
I'm Breathless...what the fuck? But I loved Hanky Panky
Like A Prayer...not much. madonna getting too serious now and less fun ( now it's my fave album)
Erotica ...I heard songs from the album on some radio 1 special before I got the album. I heard Rain, Fever, DAD, Bad Girl, Thief of Hearts and I remember thinking "fuck these songs are amazing". I honestly thought had would have multiple number 1s from this album. But then the Sex scandal hit and the album was fucked
Bedtime Stories...this is the first time I felt an M album as a piece of art and cohesive. I lay on the bed and let the silky feel of it all numb me into a beautiful place
Evita....Loved this era as she was so loved at this time. Her voice was orgasmic on many of the tracks. Total love for her everywhere. very rare.
Ray of Light...it felt like she'd been away for a decade. Hearing Frozen for the first time at HMV and the pictures of her hippy look made me excited. Then I heard the first few bars of ROL track on radio 1 and i can't describe to you the thrill that shot through my body as the song unfolded. Like a drug hit. Then, when I finally lay on my bed some days later and started listening to the CD, there was no way I was predicting it would be as good as this. The soundscapes and her voice just washed over me like waves. Almost a religious euphoria. And that final track....wow.
Music...I remember being less than impressed by Music the song (felt too Prince-ish) but the album itself was top notch and a bit bonkers production-wise. But I must admit that I thought she'd overdone the production as it was so strong that her voice took a back seat for the most part. Impressive Instant was by far the stand out on first listen
American Life..I don't recall the first time I listened but I recall Nothing Fails put a lump in my throat it was so moving. I know I loved the album and still do and I loved her brunette look
COADF...it was all about Get Together. Dance heaven. Although now I prefer Jump. I knew she was back as every song was a stunner but I do prefer her more serious work
Hard Candy...first time I played it was on big speakers and that is the best way to play this album. I thought it was slick and funky, although I could do without Justin's influence on some of the later tracks. I didn't think some songs were Madonna-ish enough.
MDNA....again on big speakers. It was all about Gang Bang. But it was so dark I was worried that M had got too grim. Now I can see the less serious side of it. I honestly didn't think of this album as a lesser work but it definitely didn't come across as her best vocal work. So disappointed with GGW (which I now like)

Sadly won't see a single release as it mentions drugs and shit. M hasn't taken risks with her single releases since American Life. And she quickly backed down with promoting that.
-
If it wasn't for the line "sticks and stones...." It would be perfect.
With M one bad lyric can be the difference between genius and so-so.
-
I dislike her voice on TUTR.
It's like she can't be arsed and is half-singing so that the tour version wouldn't require effort.
The lyrics are lazy.
Also when she says 'crazy' it sounds like 'fazy'.... Just one of the small things that annoys me.
Another is "here I begin my story..." ...but there is no story that follows. Lazy bitch.
-
It is touching. Never thought I'd feel the song (LAV) as deeply as I did watching this on the DVD. The ways its edited with the stills is evocative.

Best 5
1-Love Spent (acoustic)
2-Love Spent
3-Gang Bang
4-Im Addicted
5-Girl Gone Wild
The only one I despise is Superstar. Crappest lyrics ever.

People who hate children hate dear jessie
but it's one of her classics, only the video was a bit lamée
People who have no humanity hate Dear Jessie. And the video is magical.
It's one of her greatest songs ever.
I couldn't be friends with anyone who hates this song.
