It's a pic she took that night, obviously
-
Because she's usually the opposite, and this is what makes this photo shoot interesting.
Exactly
-
Of course it has to do with her album what's wrong with you guys?
And don't forget Mozella has a track called Messiah, it wouldn't be the first time she reworked some of her collaborators' stuff.
-
You have to make a film before you start the score...and the album is on the front burner right now. "waiting for the this door to be open for a very long time" quote could mean something related to the nostalgic picture she posted...maybe she was being literal...to switch gears and think shes working on a movie score now is crazy talk
Thank you

She wrote Bitch I am Madonna on Instagram once, but I don't remember the picture
-
Is this another Katy patra?
-
Just waiting for Diplo to moan about how working with M was torture, you know its coming. He's good at doing that. I just hope the music is brilliant.
If the album sells well he won't complain, I bet

Evidence shows that she was prevented from picking the wrong one by with the label with: "Frozen" (she wanted "Ray of Light") and "4 Minutes" (she wanted "Candy Shop")
No earlier evidence is known to this Jury.
Secret (She wanted Bedtime Story).

She's wearing a Versace necklace

Not really. It makes perfect sense to me because it's 2014 it's hard if not impossible to create a new genre of music no one has ever done before, but there are lots of musical areas Madonna could explore that she hasn't on her previous records that would be new for her.
Madonna never was the creator of a new genre of music. Never. Not only once. She picked the sound of the producers she liked and used it for her record. She always managed to make the sound personal, for sure. Sometimes she started trends (ROL, COADF) but she never created a new kind of music.
-
It's nothing really new, but definitely a new sound for her.
I know right? It's a very stupid thing to say
-
I recorded it on a VHS when it aired on MTV Italy. My first Like a Prayer live performance.
-
Yep, he recommended her Pat Mc Carthy for sound engineering. Remember she knows him from his Beastie Boys days during the Virgin tour.
Wow. Thank you. I didn't know that. Such a flopfan.

She wrote many songs with different writers/producers for Ray of Light ( Susannah Melvoin, Rick Knowles, Babyface, Orbit, Patrick Leonard, Marius de Vries) until she had the vision of what she wanted her album to sound like. Natacha Kills, Mozella and even Avicii may only get a writing credit in the end or co-producing credit. She did that before. Check out Music credits too...Mirwais, Orbit, Sigsworth, Talvin Sigh, Mark Spike Stent, Damian le Gassick...Even on Confessions : Mirwais, Price, Joe Henry, Bloodshy & Avant, Bagge & Astrom... The only recent album she did with one writer-producer is American Life and even on this one there's a Stuart Price track , one with Monte Pittman and one with Guy Sigsworth. So relax, that's her usual method of working right here. She exchanges ideas lyrically and then look for the sound she wants the record to sound like. There's a good chance Disclosure will end with the final co-producing job since they come last and she seems completly head over heels with them. Pharrell may only be giving her some advices on the tracks and direction just like Rick Rubin did on Ray of Light.
He did?!

Have any of us mentioned or considered she might pull a JT and release a double album? Contract fulfilled, and then your and release her music independently thereafter? I only say this because there could be a lot of leftover tracks from the previous sessions earlier this year, or so it was stated by that producer/songwriter.
Just a thought. Album 1 in fall, album 2 in spring.
Interesting but I don't see her doing it tho I can see her pulling a JT for the first single, something like: "my new single drops tomorrow".
-
She tagged Mert&Marcus e Giovanni Bianco on that picture. New photoshoot?
-
I bet nobody wants the track to be Madonna's now
-
As it was confirmed Madonna is soon to go back in the studio to collaborate with Disclosure! They might only be invited to do some remixes but judging from what's going on at the moment she might release two versions of the same single... although she could easily write other songs with them.
So now please let's all chill out and understand there's no surprise release.. no snippet (i doubt the Billboard snippet is Madonna but i might be wrong) and all will be revealed in time when the album is truly finished!
I agree with you on the last part but that picture does not confirm anything. As far as we know, she was just there to attend their dj set. We don't know the reason. She might "just" like them.
-
So just because you don't like doesn't mean it's not her.
True. But the opposite is as well.
-
Well i'm sure it is her ;-)
I'm sure it's not. Wishful thinking if you will, 'cause I didn't like what i heard. I mean, It sounds like a catchy tune for sure, but it's way too retro to be Madonna's.
-
It's not Madonna guys, forget about it.
-
That could be. Maybe that graphic was quickly made by someone who doesn't even know the details of the mystery release, or even something grabbed off the internet. I'm hoping the mystery release is Madonna! I mean what male could fit the description that Billboard wrote? That has to be the mystery release that HITS is talking about.
Prince

It happened with several albums tbh. It's in the natural process of making an album I think.
-
When has it been confirmed that Madonna was doing a surprise release?
Do we know for sure the Billboard snippet is Madonna?
Those hashtags might not even be song titles.
Never.
No.
Rebel Heart, Holy Water and Living for love are 99.9% song titles imo. She even wrote some of their lyrics apparently. Not sure about Unapologetic Bitch. It could easily be just a nick name.

It's funny 'cause American life is the least "Madonna" of all her albums: poor melodies, repetitive (and sometimes bad) lyrics (American Life, I'm so stupid), same producer as the previous record thus no new sound basically (just a little bit more folk-ish at times). I'll never get the praise for that record.
