I would be so disappointed if rebel heart turns out to be just an hashtag instead of a song/album title
-
Based on the photo, I'm almost sure that it's Salem Al-Fakir, a Swedish soul/pop singer and songwriter of Syrian origin, who was featured as a vocalist on Avicii's "You Make Me" from the True album and on his non-album single "Silhouettes".
You really are the best
So She's working with the whole Avicii team. I read that the Magnus guy previously worked with Bloodshy&Avant. I hope they're on board too.
-
We have to find out who the guy with the guitar is
-
The bald guy at the very right is Magnus Lidehäll, a Swedish songwriter and producer, who is a frequent collaborator of Vincent Pontare.
Having started his career as part of the hip hop duo Afasi & Filthy, he has focused on writing and producing for the past few years. He has worked with acts such as Kylie Minogue, Sky Ferreira, Britney Spears, Lena Philipsson, Katy Perry, Veronica Maggio and Petter.
Thank you again Msig!
-
Actually the look for the Harper's Bazaar 2013 photoshoot would be perfect for the "rebel" theme!
-
It's him. Apart from co-writing Avicii's "Hey Brother" and "You Make Me", he also co-wrote Katy Perry's "Love Me", Swedish House Mafia's "Save the World" and most of Veronica Maggio's latest album. Vincent Pontare is also a singer in his own right and has released 2 solo albums.
Thank you Msig
I wonder if she'll be channelling a warrior / viking look for the new album.VIKINGDONNA
It might be!
And i got the feeling the ballads are full of Falling Free vibes! I dont know i associate that song with middle ages/knights atmosphere. Am I reaching? Hehe
Exactly, I hope you're right then.
Rebel heart would be a perfect album name, as Suedehead said.
I wanna know who are the other guys in the pic.

I still get mad when I think about Beat goes on not being released as a single. Here in Italy a big radio station even started to play it regurarly as the fourth single. Her biggest missed opportunity probably.
-
"Heart Upon my Sleeve" from the album is basically "Die Another Day" with an acoustic interlude and a dance finale. I can easily imagine Madonna singing on top of this. INTENSE EXCITE!
That's actually not bad at all
-
yeah he has thrown shade against her before.. that said, hasn't M worked with people who first didn't like her before? she can prove him wrong afterwards.
Has She? I don't remember tbh
-
I think he hates her. And I don't want him to be anywhere near Madonna. Following him on Instagram (for whatever reason) is enough.

diplo:
"For me, the Clash represented really unexpected things with a garage attitude, so that’s where I was going with 'Hero,'" he tells Rolling Stone, adding that he’s not sure yet what they’ll do with the recorded outtakes.
"Maybe we’ll give them to Madonna."
Shady bitch
-
Never heard of this Kandisky guy turning down Madonna. When did that happen?
-
Is She wearing her favorite bra?
-
Is this the first time she publicly announces one of her collaborators? She must be pretty sure she's including him in the album. then.
-
Oh, DrownedMadonna. I'm still waiting for her punk look for the Hard Candy era and her appearance in the Sing video feat. Annie Lennox.
Anyway, I'm excited She's recording new music!!

anyone find the rest of this interview, it was so good

There's a sort of sexual tension between them, isn't there? I think she liked him a lot. And I can see why, he's really hot.
-
All her albums has songs you can dance to. No surprises here.

Wouldn't it be great if MDNA SKIN was actually an acoustic stripped-down version of MDNA?
-
Pretty much everything from Ray of Light to COADF has aged really really well. They sound even fresher now when compared to all the electro-pop/EDM stuff produced these days.
I would say Like a Virgin (the album) sounds a bit "old", but the rest of her 80s' work is timeless.
-
I'm a bit worried about the cane, hope it's nothing too serious.
She looks stunning. I think it's a make-up/settled down fillers combo. Plus I really love the dress. -
Her vocals in "long stem roses are the way to your heart but he needs to start with your head" are perfect. I think EY MDNA tour (the actual release) is the song from this show, because that line sounds identical
'Cause it's the pre-recorded track, it's not her singing (or at least not only).

Mine would be something like this:
Ray of light
Confessions on a Dance FloorLike a Prayer
Erotica
MadonnaTrue Blue
Music
Hard Candy
Like a Virgin
MDNA
I'm Breathless
Bedtime Stories
American Life -
Sunshine pop at its finest. I love it!
Also, the video is great and very influential too.

New album updates - "So many great songs, can't wait." (Madonna)
