To the other fella....The lipstick defense was via TMZ and then his instagram posts which I refer to as stupid. Say what you want but his reaction to anyone even without any hate for Madonna would need an explanation. He did not look shocked. He did not look, YESSSS. He loooked hurt or yes, it can be read as disgusted. So, to pretend otherwise is just being naive. This is the only reason why an explanation will be great.
Ofcourse they would have bashed her anyway. We are here for that. We are talking about Drake though. Drake's own reaction that is causing the bashing. My point exactly and I am tired today. Yesterday I was fine but today I am tired. The album leak. the messy distribution. The fall. Still dealing with how messy the timing, distribution and organisation of this whole thing has been since December where an Album so great is not getting the commercial success it deserves, then this shit again. It is exhausting. I will snap out soon but I will need M to instagram one of her silly things for me to know she is okay. That woman is strength personified but she did not pen JOA out of nowhere. She must get tired sometimes.

How did no one mention that she entered to Drake's Madonna song? Just saw a clip of the entrance and watched it twn times already. Can't get over it. I have that song but it doesn't sound that good. I must listen to it again. I only bought it because it was titled Mdonna though I adore Drake and have lots of his music.

The fact some are thrilled its entering the iTunes top 100 or top 80 (in 'some' countries') or whatever is soo not what M should be having to contend with! You are surely not going to Judge GT by that, if not, BIM better be in the top 3 tomorrow morning and the album in the top 5 otherwise, you must apply this same reasoning to your love of BIM.

The beauty of this era is that both of Madonna's different sides can coexist and the dichotomy of the music and performances accurately represents her legacy. Both GT and BIM are amazing and she's blown my mind with the visuals for those songs

GhostTown and BIM can co-exist beautifully. Showing her versatility and the diversity of the album that has been criminally commercially under appreciated because of the incompetence of some and state of the industry today. She really does need like a Glastonbury performance singing like 5 tracks from the album. Or that mini promo tour. Now all I need is a performance of InsideOut on Letterman and Rebel Heart Era becomes the greatest of them all for me.

It's definitely not one of my fav songs on the album but Madonna is not the greatest living entertainer for nothing. I was singing along and laughing the entire time. I had a blast. I felt I was at the tour already. It was brilliant.

No, Madonna Is Not “An Old”
Madonna’s latest video for her current single, “Ghosttown,” is getting a lot of attention. Not because it’s arguably her greatest artistic achievement in years, but because upon it’s release certain critics on the internet cried out, “OLD!” (We’re looking at you New York Magazine…)
It’s a low blow because it was unwarranted. A dig for the sake of it, and no one was amused.
“Ghosttown” is not only an exquisitely crafted, bittersweet pop track, but it has a stunning and meaningful video to go with it.
The end is nigh, but the wig is flawless; and the only way to win is to love. Quintessential modern Madonna. It’s exactly what we want from our queen. So why are people hating?
Madonna is 56. She’s doing what she loves. She’s vital and creative. She’s a legend that’s blazed a trail for every other artist who has and will come after her.
We should all be so lucky at ANY age to live a life like her’s.
To joke that she’s “an oldie” or “a granny” has become tired. Unless you are a professional comedian, let’s stop that.
Plus, if you truly think 56 is old you’ll be giving up too soon on life and your’s will surely be a sad and boring tale.

I don't even believe she will perform BIM unless she is doing 2 tracks. What fucking sense does it make to release the GT epic vid, get on a late night talk show and sing the kiddy BIM...does she think it is the teenagers that like such songs that watch Fallon? I know many like the song and I like it for the statement and the fuck you attitude of it but as a track, it's a novelty track I won't listen to in a few months. I have literally not listened to it more than 5 times but the RH album has not left my car station since its release. I know every word to JOA,HBC, IO, GT, learning Illuminatti and VVV. If she wants a track for the youngings, how about VVV?
Oh well. This is just my opinion but I just will never understand why it is BIM she is doing on the Fallon show but again, she is full of surprises. Maybe she will change it up a bit and we will all love it.

Almost at half a million views. The issue is, we are part of our own problem. LOL. We are not like Rihanna fans who will stream all day and night or repeatedly watch hourly. Most os us will look for a download link and then watch our copy repeatedly instead of watching online. Our fanbase is just not made up of people who care much for those kinds of things so we need to stop expecting contemporary figures on Vevo and spotify et al because that's not the way we are set up, in my opinion.
Fact is, when all is said and done, the music lover even now, would rather pay $300 to go watch Madonna Live than they would Rihanna, Beyonce etc in their prime. Unless Madonna adds someone to the RHtour, she is yet to resort to combo touring to push tickets like the rest of them and she has like 20 years on these girls yet they have toured more, or just as much as she has. Let's keep things in perspective.

I was telling him how the album is not doing as well as we thought it would and he was like, well, if this tune and this video doesn't light up everywhere then she is being sabotaged. LMAO.

Thank you. I do not know what they are watching when they think we are overeacting to this and wanting Drake to be more precise in his so called defense. This is not about ageism or typical Madonna bashing. The one thing Madonna says constantly through the decades is being sexual, intelligent and talented. In a few seconds, Drake has given the sexual bit of that trifecta, a massive knock, and all we say is, deal with it properly. You are all here giving us history lessons like we do not know what it is to be Madonna fans. It is because we know that we react as we have.
