The whole world has seen the video and pictures. It was on stage. He has said the kiss was not planned. So now she is being accused of assault because what if a man did that to a woman? They claim. Then the ageist jokes. Then the fact that she is repulsive. etc etc.
I thought she looked mortified on stage. You did not. Fine. I thought the "art imitating life" GhostTown IG post of her walking alone referred to the incident and how she feels in this battle. You did not. Fine. I think thanking Rita Ora and using the word "BEATING" and saying "Unapologetic bitches unite." shows that she is upset and feels alone in this battle. You don't. Fine.
I do not see how this makes her a victim in any way or us feeling bad for her, makes her a victim. Like I have been saying, if you think it is a storm in a tea cup. Good for you. Not everyone thinks the same.

Stop. You are sounding like something is missing. Nobody became a fan during English Roses. The fact that you think Madonna is impenetrable does not make you a better fan than anyone else. When the woman herself has given several interviews just recently saying that people think nothing gets to her like she's this armadillo, but that is far from the truth, it is you living in fools paradise letting the facade and veil of bravado she puts forward confuse your shit. A veil she even lowered a tad this year showing more vulnerability not only in song but in some interviews.
You do not have to be a victim to be hurt by something. The fact that she may be hurt and upset at the moment as to me is obvious to anyone with a brain, in my humble opinion, does not mean she is a victim. It means she is a human being. If you can not understand that, then the problem is not us or Madonna. It is you.

Nikki, it is amazing how they can not sense the hurt in her recent IG posts, and somehow we are the fragile ones reacting to a storm in a tea cup. I think some of you over estimate our girls thick skin. Its 30+ years of this kind of nonsense. Maybe she is a bit tired of being so misunderstood and misinterpreted. She does not mind the disses. It's when it is misconstrued that she hates it and she has even recently said as much.

Notice how she jumps to say thank you whenever a female celebrity has anything positive to say and appreciates her, because it happens so rarely! It makes me sad, it makes me sad to see her so horribly underappreciated by people and in such a nonstop defensive mode nowdays. Thank you. I am not going to comment again on this whole "Drake" issue again but like you say, Madonna is not some kind of petty person who listen to haters and social media to like and dislike people.
Can't wait until Madonna's next great performance so we can all talk about something else rather than some guy's unfortunate expression which has been blown out of proportion.
But no part of my post implies Madonna's likes and dislikes are based on social media views though. You have accepted that she cuts out people and that is what I was referring to, hoping Drake would be one of those people. We have differing views on if his reaction and subsequent comments were a big deal or not. Or whether M was hurt or not. Either way, no more Drake is all I was trying to say.

OK: 5 minutes ago I discovered this thread, and that something happened at coachella.I thought it was our typical "is she going to perform there????" thread...and suddenly I see some images of madonna kissing that Drake guy, and he is like disguted for it...or in pain. To me he looked disgusted, like a straight guy kissed by another man, you know they react to these things...but I just read it was pain...so, what the fuck happened? did she sing something????
