I'm in Adelaide, Australia and we usually have Mix 102.3 (which is more a adult contemporary/light rock/pop station) on at work, yesterday heard 2 Madonna tracks "Vogue" and "Into the Groove", the day before they played "Borderline" and "Vogue" - "Vogue" is always very popular! In the past have heard pretty much every 80's Madonna single bar Oh Father and Dear Jessie, Take a Bow, Secret, You'll See, Beautiful Stranger, Ray of Light, Love Profusion and Hung Up - nothing released after Hung Up though. I don't really listen to radio outside of what we have on at work as it is.

I still want the big Madonna rock album, like many I have had enough with the club tracks, they aren't working anymore as the genre is stale. I know a Madonna rock album won't be successful and will piss people off, but I want it dammit!

She needs to stop releasing stuff like Girl Gone Wild and trying to compete with Rihanna/Gaga/Katy Perry and explore a new genre, not rehash what's already on the charts by acts kids can relate more to. Move on from kids, focus on the 25-65 age groups please... re-record American Life or something!

She will be slaughtered even if she does announce an Australian tour from now on, the bad press will be everywhere.

I think it has something to do with the weather
She can't tour here mid year 2013, with AFL and Rugby League season underway, there will be no outdoor venues available for her to play... and she won't do Arenas.... I honestly think she'd struggle to sell out arena shows now even if she did announce a tour in a month or so... the backlash is bigger than ever, thanks to the media milking it for all it's worth... and it's sad, but she only has herself to blame.
I'm sure it's not going to phase her at all, what's an extra $20 million for her anyway?
