I'm sure time has healed old wounds and Niki's not as bitter anymore about not getting the call, but for a (brief) period there she was. Whereas (in public) Donna's been very philosophical about her Madonna years ending and not said anything bad at all
Yeah, I can see her being bitter about it. I know I would be too lol My biggest regret about that whole time in my life is Niki was cleaning out her storage and had tons of M stuff and I didn't bother saying "PLEASE GIVE ME ALL THAT SHIT!" She has video recordings from bday parties and still has her tour costumes. ugh. On a side note my ex has video from just donna and niki hanging out, doing some show in palm springs together and i copied that onto dvd and still have it somewhere.

I've brought this up off and on and don't expect anyone to believe me. I've hung out with Niki several times in los angeles (when I lived there), she's besties with my ex. Anyway, she never spoke a bad thing about Madonna in my presence (she didn't know I was a fanatic). Even if they don't have a business relationship now, they're still friends, they still communicate every once in a while. Donna and Niki had a pact that if Madonna wouldn't have them both on the next tour then neither would do it (they agreed to this because Donna almost got the axe after blond ambition and Niki talked Madonna out of it). Siedah is also very good friend's with Niki so Siedah called Niki and said "hey we're doing the madonna tour together" long story short Niki never got the call. Donna got the axe cuz she already had some yoga b.s. thing she was doing and wouldn't cancel it for one of the hard candy promo tour rehearsals. Anyway, a few years ago Niki ran into Donna at some church where Niki would sing at and Donna started talking to her like they're were still friends and Niki wasn't having it. Last I heard was Niki got herself a new man and moved to Georgia with her daughter to be with him. Niki is honestly a sweet, caring person. I haven't met Donna but from other people in that circle they don't have the kindest things to say about her. The only person I've met who bitched about Madonna was Debi as I was sitting with her at her kitchen table (god i was so lucky) when she was still living in los angeles. She only bitched at how when she'd talk to Madonna that she would never ask how her daughter was doing or about her pregnancy (she was pregnant with her second daughter at the time). I have other stories that i'll share one day, but i seriously don't expect people to believe me lol. I'll watch that siedah video later when i can play audio.

awe, thanks guys for the acknowledgement! I was just being honest and not bull shitting while trying to keep my friend's identity under wraps. I haven't spoken to that person much recently or bothered to inquire what to expect with new projects. If I ever hear something new or get a demo, I'll post it on this forum.

I'm doubtful about that because at the beginning of the speech she said that was the "trailer" and she also mentioned that she completed editing the DVD during that brief interview. So, I don't see why they would show random footage that's edited unless that trailer included behind the scenes stuff.

The site says you have to have access to the pay channel already in your cable package. It says it does not sell individual subscriptions to the website.
You can get a free 14 day trial http://www.epixhd.com/freetrial/ but I'm not sure if that gives access to the live channel, might just be their on-demand/online streaming content.
Edit: According to that new clip from Epix news it will be on epixhd.com the same day.

I remember when I was in middle school (1996-ish) they'd show Channel One news every morning and he was a reporter for them (pre gray hair) and he was cute then.
