not to mention that this remix is intended just for a lyric video... has anyone ever did that before? an official lyric video plus a remix commissioned just for it?
I think they want to show the song to draw circulation and attention around it before releasing it on itunes.

If I remember correctly, there was much more hype around the S&S tour when it was first selling things out. I will wait until they actually build up hype around it and release the album before people start calling it a flop.

Well I personally would love something more inventive, definitely. However, obviously that's not happening with these singles. Disappointing, yes? But it's better than her quitting her music career, which many have done at her age.
