The official rule is that anyone travelling from a country that Madonna is already scheduled to visit on this tour has to ensure that all Australians have a better ticket than they do to any Australian shows - it's the fair and honourable thing to do
The exception is those who haven't already seen the show (for whatever reason). I adore everyone at MN, but boy I'll be stroppy if someone travelling from overseas who has already seen the show manages to score a better ticket than any of us do here (especially since it's going to be an absolute nightmare to get decent tickets, given it's almost a definite that it will be all allocated seating). 
I could also add that those of us who are lucky enough to travel overseas to see earlier shows should also be exempt (i.e. you're allowed to get better tickets than us!), but does anyone really want to tell Matt that after waiting for 22 years to see Madonna live again, he doesn't deserve to be right up the front, just because he bit the bullet, spent a fortune and saw a few shows in Europe? 
Ditto for Carly (if she ends up being able to make it to Miami in January).With The Virgin Tour, Madonna was supposed to come to Australia before she even toured the US, but when she exploded over there, they realised very quickly that they had to tour her home country before they took her overseas.

Actually, based on a dream I had the other night, I think she'll do something very similar to DWT by opening with Ghosttown and having a long extended intro. Lots of fog. Broken/dilapidated structures, fire too. Cheesy, but she'll make it work.

All the assholes that will skip RH Tour (whether so-called fans or general public) will regret it because this tour will be amazing and I'm sure she'll play loads of classics. I can feel it in my waters.
