I don't think Madonna is aware that Australia has schools and private tutors that could teach David and Mercy french and home economics?
We even have nice beds here in Australia, made of straw, that she could rest up between concerts so she is not soooo tired.
We even have nice restraunts to eat at.

Looking at that U2 photo I would say no NO, looks adnauseum to be sitting in the stands watching the back of someone for half a show, however in smaller arenas it could work wonders if implemented correctly as everyone generally has a good view.

Remember too that Olivia also sang country and she sang pop beautifully. I am positive that Madonna would nail it and country fans would applaud and be stunned. Madonna is so under-rated as a vocalist. That is why that Sharon moron makes me so annoyed. Really sick of people not appreciating Madonna as a vocalist.
Also isn't Madonna from the mid west, so it would just be her going back home to her roots.
On a side note ONJ is touring soon ( unfortunately with John Farnham - how the hell does one only attend half a concert

Ivy, don't laugh but I am dead serious about her being a fantastic country and western singer. A lot of country and western singers have the ability Madonna has of singing with pure emotion, feeling and plus I think Madonna has a beautiful clear emotive voice that the best country singers have. . If she wanted to, she could make an incredible country album - not that I am advising her to do that - but just saying she could do it easily.
I completely agree ( and no not me being sarcastic or drunk
) I love country and western have Queens of Country playing in the background as I write here ( instead of work report )The thing is, I am sure all of these country and western stars ( bar Keith ) would jump at the chance to record with Madonna, unlike some fuckwit DJ's or Indies who are too cool for Madonna. And could you just imagine the lyrics between them - heartfelt with pop sensibilities all rolled into one! Jolene meets Vogue!

Just when I think I can't dislike Sharon anymore than I already do, she gives me yet another reason. Her constant put downs of Madonna have been going on for years and now her love for Gaga is just bought and fake - she now keeps comparing them. The fact that she is friends with Piers does not surprise me in the least.
Now as for Madonna's voice and not being able to do musical theatre and show tunes - has she heard of a movie called Evita ? Madonna also could easily sing country and western music if she so wished to and would be fantastic.
Now that would be a dream! Instead of continually teaming up with average shit like Nikki or Avicci etc would love to hear Madonna go Country and Western

Recognize some understandable negativity toward RIT, but it was ahead of the time in 2004.
F**ked up the tour never seen a proper DVD release to cement its legacy.
The funny thing is we may not have received an " official " reinvention tour DVD, and yet the Portuguese bootleg is ten times more enjoyable to watch than the "special effects" laden Confessions, s&s and MDNAss dvd's.
From Australia we can only judge by DVD ( bar Girlie
) I would say her shitest is S&S only really like You Must Love Me. Resembles a Katy perry / gaga concert for some reason? -
For everything that Madonna has done for us; women rights, gay rights, human rights, incredible music, and the fact that she is STILL HERE WITH US, we need to carry her up in our arms with love and gratitude. Creating parody videos making fun of her age is extremely low and uncalled for!!
Also, if you notice, his one character that is always treated with more respect is Cher. Madonna is the underdog. He always portrays her as desperate and insecure. He rarely does anything offensive to his Gaga character, if EVER. If anything, his Gaga is always out there pocking fun at Madonna.
And those of you who think this is funny, clearly don't know Madonna for the kind of person she is. Madonna would never find his videos hilarious. She would most definitely view them as low, rude and inappropriate. In real life Madonna is a classy lady!! Notice how she treats people who interview her without first acknowledging her as a lady deserving of respect. She quickly calls them out on it and puts them in place.

Can somebody who knows something about iTunes come up here and explain it ...
In the Australian iTunes, way back in December, I selected pre-order for the 19-track album, and got the tracks 1-6 immediately. After that, when I selected the album, the tab was already changed to show that I had already pre-ordered it.
Then about a week later, it no longer said that I had already pre-ordered the album, but just showed that I had purchased tracks 1-6 and could "complete my album" for $6 something.
A day or two later, the standard (14-track) version also appeared in the Australian itunes store, and now I could complete the delux for $6 or complete the standard for $3 something.
And now, about a day or two ago, the deluxe version has completely disappeared from itunes, and only the 14-track version is appearing.
So, have I actually pre-ordered anything? Am I getting three tracks next week? Where is the deluxe gone?
Has anyone in Australia had the same experience?

O'h Ivy. The TV Week Logie awards If Madonna ever appeared at the Logie awards ( will never happen ) I would almost die with embarrassment. D grade Aussie celebrities who are well on the way to being drunk, not being able to string a sentence together. She would run screaming from this country once and for all.Blush

I feel sorry for places like Hobart, Geelong, Tamworth and Wonthagi - they should get minor shows the way she did in Paris and she can cause an uproar, with people throwing their vb cans at her after a 5 song set

Reports are coming in that Universal Music Australia will release Rebel Heart on Friday 6 March 2015. Australia traditionally gets Madonna releases early so this will make for a great weekend - in some other great news, Australian radio is loving Living For Love which has now debuted in the National Radio Airplay Top 40
I hope with this success, Madonna will come and do a LFL promo at the TV Week Logie Awards

the demo craps all over the official songs released so far. With a little fine tuning ( along with inside out ) this would be the song that returned her to world domination!!! Such simple, yet honest lyrics and a gorgeous melody to boot.

We used to have a great member who posted here called Louise Oriole. Hoping that a lot of the passionate members who don't post now will return for the new era.
I wonder who thought up the name of Louis Oriole for the video and I love that a Madonna character for a video clip has an actual name.
Oriole is also a type of bird, which makes a lot of sense in regards to the semantics of the bad girl video clip: caged and freedom
