4 Minutes hasn't been submitted for Pop Vocal Performance - Warners chose not to submit anything for Pop Vocal this year and only submitted GI2M in the dance category.
thats because it was submitted for Pop Vocal Collaboration.
As well as Album of the year(HC), Record of the year(4M), Dance recording (GI2M), Short form video(4M)
So 5 submissions tyhis year, with probably 1 or 2 actual nominations.
My predictions are Pop Colab and Short video.

Starting today US radios are being serviced with the one track promo for Miles Away, Madonna's new great single from Warner Bros. off the Hard Candy album.
Some radios have already received the single which includes the Radio Edit version of the song.
Here are some scans of the CD and its front and back covers that as you can see do not feature Madonna but a nice design made of some stamps of the European tour stops of the Sticky & Sweet Tour on a pattern that reminds of an old passport (check this out in the other forum)

maybe miles away will appeal to the ac/hac formats which in turn may boost album purchases from the "moms" which might not have rushed out for the "pop" sound of JT/M colab on 4M
she should do oprah when she stops in chicago for the tour. an oprah appearance in the fall will almost guarantee an increase.
