It appears the song has the spoken word parts from the Eurovision performance, judging by the professional reviews

I think it’s obvious that those are the verses “beautiful game” as we know it would be the bridge-choruses ...

    at least IMO

American Life is her worst album, just dreadful, boring, dull, uninspired songwriting, same monotonous guitar on EVERY song etc

Thank God for Confessions and Hard Candy, which is extremely underrated and probably the last Madonna album that the General Public is aware of, judging from the bizarro rollout so far, it certainly won't be Madame X

I was not happy when I found out she was working with Mirwais again, probably my least favorite M collaborator, even Music was a huge comedown compared to ROL, I just don't like his boring producing style at all

    Not at all

    Confessions volume 2 please Madonna?

    🤮🤮🤮🤮😂😂😂😂

this is the most absurd post I’ve seen in a long time...more absurd than all the meltdowns since this era has begun!

But it cracked me up!!!! So keep them comin!!!

Didn't you say earlier that the video was for Killers? Your friend told you or something?

Yeah but that was someone I met randomly in a bar. If God Control was about gun control than my assumption is that that’s the video of the drag queens in the club ...it’s my educated guess. I, as much as many on here that don’t believe a word I say, don’t trust an unreliable source...which is what this random person I met at the bar is. I mean I believe him but maybe he doesn’t know the songs well enough to say which one it is. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

No one wants to hear bastardised, sorry, RE-IMAGINED/RE-INVENTED (:manson: ) versions of the old classics, let's nip that idea right in the bud please, Miss Madonna.

The classics are the classics are the classics. They should remain untouched.

She can release new songs on a potential GH if she wants. But any re-recording of the untouchable classics should not be allowed.

There's a fine line between artistic expression and self-indulgence, and she will most certainly step into the indulgence category if she does that.

Plus it will sell like 2,000 copies or something. No one outside of her super hardcore fanbase would be interested. I'm not here for "Open Your Heart" (Morna Remix), I already had to endure SAGARA JO!!!!!! at MDNA ffs.

Ok that was amazing! Open your (pun intended) your ears!

    Thanks, @Mensch, as always!

The follow-up record rumor — not to be too cynical — isn’t especially new ... Veronica Electronica, anyone? (For those newbies: a remixed alternative version of Ray of Light was rumored to come out as a follow-up to RoL ... Madonna even discussed it herself.  But it never happened.)

I had a friend who worked for MTV2 around the time of COADF, and his friends at the parent network said that she had enough recorded for a second album to swiftly follow up COADF. (This basically turned out to be true, as we know from surfacing demos that she DID have a lot of recorded material, partially because of cancelled musical film projects. But again, no such record was released.)

Sorry to pour cold water. Maybe this time it will actually happen! (#mixtape might mean something?!) But I wouldn’t hold my breath.

PS - I think Mensch told us about the Michelle Pfeiffer inspiration before, so that bit might be “old news” being recycled by an enthusiastic fan — unless he showed you things you hadn’t seen previously.

Yeah I think we all already came to that conclusion. It was just exciting to hear from someone who saw the video!

I think you are being duped. I appreciate what you share, but I just don't belive another record will be dropped soon after.  You seem to doubt it as well, so I suspect a lot of what you are trying to share is well intended, but I hope people are taking with a grain of salt.

Yeah I found that way too hard to believe. But I’m just relaying the info. He did sound extra enthusiastic about the album and Killers so I’m excited. He sounded like a true fan too which made me wanna believe him a little bit more

Can you share some more of what he said / thought?!

The video is based on Scarface (I guess that explains her looking like Michelle Pheiffer in the still we got of her in the sequin outfit)  and the dancing is weird and there’s a shootout in the club.

Apparently he said it reminded him of living for love but much better 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Also I don’t know how much I believe this but there will be another record dropped soon afterward...apparently already recorded and ready but THAT I find hard to believe. A full dance record

A song during Pride will be filmed for a music video possibly for I Rise...idk how much I believe that either.

I saw pics and he described lots of songs!!!

I have a question. Ppl say we should use a VPN for the streaming services that check the IP, but how can we set up the VPN to change said IP after every streams???

When I use my VPN, the proxy IP remains the same throughout the session.

I think that the VPN IP is undetectable or something so it never knows if it’s the same place/person

I agree its not amazing. And of course remixes in the past by Groove Armada, Deep Dish, Orbital, William Orbit, Felix Da housecat, Shep and Kruder and Dorfmeister etc raised the bar high. Record Industry has changed- spending that much money on remixes doesnt make sense anymore. But there have always been a lot of generic “for the dance floor of the time” remixes throught out here career. Are we just more picky now because there are so many options out there and we can listen to anything we want whenever. I remember getting the maxi singles before in the 90s and 00s and listening to those NON-STOP along with albums.

I actually think the Offer Nissim ones are fantastic now in comparison
