Well that's great news for me...now what kind of precautions, methods do you guys take to get the best possible tickets. It seems as if they ALWAYS sell out in 5 seconds and then I'm stuck wasting over $400-800 on stubhub and right now I'm struggling financially so that's a bit of a stretch... :/ any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

We find out who wins in about an hour and find out who plays the Superbowl. I know it's not Madonna-related but any football lovers would be thrilled to know especially if their team is going to the Superbowl. I'd be thrilled if the Giants go AND Madonna is performing!

Maybe there's a secret screener going around.
The only reason I even suspected it was because the Golden Globes have just passed and The Artist just leaked (screener), so I thought it was possible or at least will be pretty soon considering its already showing in cinemas in Europe/London.

I saw it thru the power of the internet and found it completely boring. It would have been better if she would have ditched the Wally Winthrop storyline and focused solely on King Edward VIII and Wally Sampson. The Wally Winthrop parts of dull and add nothing to the film. In the King's Speech, King Edward VIII and Wally Sampson had a tiny part in the film....it would have been great to see a movie devoted solely to them and their struggles. I also hate, hate, hate flashbacks in movie, especially when it's two storylines flipping back and forth. The movie is beautiful shot but the characters are dangerously dull. Could she had made Wally Sampson any duller? Madonna really needs to stop making movies but her ego has her convinced she is good, both as an actress and director. No, she is not. 3 out of 10.
And yes, sadly, I will be blasted by the fanatics who will tell me to stop being negative and "enjoy" what she's made. I won't. If this movie had been made by anyone they'd get the same reaction from me.
It's also being thoroughly trashed by critics...29% on rotten tomatoes. At least M will get another razzie out of it.

Out of ten...I'd say a 7 if I want to be critical.
On 8 just because if you're not critical and just watch it, it's enjoyable throughout. Easy on the eyes, simple love stories to follow.

Yup. She dealt with it for a whole but she keeps fluctuating and needs someone with stamina to keep up. She was loyal until she couldn't anymore...it's a shame.

I remember the AL/LAP comparisons, down to the brunette hair. Of course I would love another ROL quality level album/era but I'd be more than happy if MDNA performed in the same league as Confessions.
Agreed and the truth is there's no way you can re-create the sound of an album without it feeling dated so in all honesty I doubt it will sound anything like ray of light. Even the William Orbit songs are going to be different. They both have grown and changed and are trying to rebirth the fire and magic they had. I'm sure it was easy to work with each other again but that doesn't mean it's Ray of Light.
And AL being shit is because it didn't turn out to be like LAP is ridiculous. She was in a completely different place in her career. If I would have read that, I would not have believed it considering her producers and the direction she was undoubtly going. American Life is her most underrated under appreciated album. It's unfortunate because it is one of her most beautiful records.
I wouldn't mind something similar to confessions with some shitty rapper and a ton a fan-made or official Madonna-only edits to listen to. The fact that confessions still doesn't sound dated and is more dance than anything is more to my liking but then again, if she pulled off a newer, techno modern styled Ray of Light...it'd be magic. I'll keep my fingers crossed but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't turn out that way.
Maybe she can do a newer Ray of Light and her next album could be a newer Confessions & she could team up with Stuart Price again.

My friend who auditioned did say, the dancing and Vogue bit was very gay. I'm interested to see how this will be portrayed. The audience might hate it but her fans might just die of happiness that she didn't compromise and kicked ass in a setting that was all about being tame. I think it will work in her favor and cause a little bit of controversery to all the homophobes in middle America who will be forced to watch it due to their wives and girlfriends who secretly love her. This will be fun!

I'd bet the new song is going to be great for the Superbowl and have minimal if any radio impact JUST because of Nicki Minaj (OR it'll have plenty of AirPlay considering all the shit that's on US radios these days.) but whether we LOVE the song or not, I'm guessing we're going to love the performance because all the cheering and crap goes hand-in-hand with the theme and as many have said on here already, itll be fun to chant to it during the live tour. So let's hope for the best! 12 more days.
