Dress You Up medley performed tonight, followed by Who's That Girl (first time since Cologne) and Don't Tell Me (first time on the tour)
-
She rehearsed Don't Tell Me according to DM
Makes sense. I had seen it coming sooner or later.
Following the Paris attacks, I think M is going for 'request songs' with clear messages about love, hope, not stopping or expressing herself.

I know. I was aiming for front row at the tip of the heart stage, and that's what I got
Btw, I almost forgot to mention that I really enjoyed meeting up with thelament yesterday. We had lunch together and left Herning on the same bus, so we basically spent the entire afternoon in each other's company, along with another French guy.

When was the last time she did WTG? Has she done it in Europe at all?
She did it in the first Cologne show, but hasn't done it since.

Mixed, but generally positive reviews from Danish press. They all say it was her best Danish show so far 👍

So, I'm back at my hotel now.
The audience was quite lame, especially those in the seats. But the show was GREAT, even though the medley was cut!
Ghosttown probably got the best reaction from the audience, and Holiday was the only uptempo song that really got the entire audience going.
I had a blast throughout the show, however, surrounded by wonderful people. 😍
@thelament: sorry I didn't reply to your post, my phone was running quite low on battery

So, I've been queueing outside the arena since 7 a.m., and I'm #24 in the Early Entry line. Most of the people who came before me are Italian, and overall the number of Danes already queueing is quite small, about 15 out of a total 60.
It's freezing cold, but at least it stopped raining, and the arena staff brought us free coffee and tea. M's staff told us that, due to the cold weather, people with EE tickets will be let inside an adjacent building already at 3.
M herself has apparently arrived in Herning today, while her band and ddancers arrived already yesterday. I met the French dancers at a café where we were all having dinner.
We're gonna have a celebration 😁

It's interesting, Aftonbladets journalist Kristin Lundell gave her show in Montreal 5 stars and she's been writing articles just recently about how relevant and important Madonna still is. However, when she comes to Stockholm another reviewer, a man, who has given her lukewarm reviews in the past years reviews her show, and is quite critical. The usual, she's cold, distant, a machine etc etc.
Are you sure we read the same reviews? Aftonbladet's Markus Larsson rated the Stockholm show 4 stars out of 5...

40,557 people were in the audience last night.
That's the biggest audience so far for a concert at Tele2 Arena!

Marymac played till like 21:30. And she was awful.
Now I'm trying not to have a mental breakdown due to my nervousness. Can't believe 8 months came down to this!
Have fun, and enjoy the show

"the S&M demonstration is over" (Justin the dancer dropped the maracas - it's his 26th birthday so he was spanked 26 times )
now on to Who's That Girl
