I heard it's cause it's hard to identify these bodies and a lot of them don't have dental records. Thry have to be identified to be confirmed dead.

Yes, it has stunned me how he has this rabid base of followers. There is absolutely nothing remotely likeable, decent or appealing about him and he is a pathological liar to boot.
