Sources close to Madonna say that she won't sing but read the titles of every single song she ever recorded officially released or not and then end the performance with a thunderous and resounding queef that according to another source close to Cirque du soleil "will not only blow out the whole stadium but tv screens around the world as well".

The only thing I hope is UMG don't fuck up the promo for this LN debut album.
Don't worry they won't. Everybody has been instructed to be tight lipped about the project but Universal branches in every country are working on the project 24/7. Wonder why the investigation and arrest in Spain because of the "GMAYL" leak ? Part of Universal's plan to show M. how much they are hands on. But expect HUGE promo. Remember that for Universal not only having Madonna is something they sought after for a very long time but it's also an investment. And it's bloody impossible to have someone from Universal in the know to spill the beans on the project when it was the esaiest thing with Warner

Following a tumultuous year that included a highly publicized divorce from rapper Nas, the birth of her first child and numerous family court hearings, Kelis is finally back with a new label home, a new album and a new sound. Now signed to Interscope Records through will.i.am Music Group, she premiered the single "Acapella"-her first new material since 2006's "Kelis Was Here"-online in November. On the track, produced by David Guetta and inspired by her son, the New York-raised singer/songwriter takes her hip-hop-driven style in a more electronic/dance direction. Other songs on the anticipated eight-song project include "4th of July," produced by DJ Ammo; "Kids," inspired by homosexual clubgoers; the acoustic-guitar based "Carefree American," produced by Jean Baptiste; and "Alive," helmed by Diplo. Kelis is currently in the studio with label head Will.i.am. -
To seal the deal Madonna is making an appearance right now with Interscope's CEO Jimmy Lovine at the 1st annual-you-deserve-the-love-benefit-concert-featuring-jeye-and-friends in Brooklyn.
Lovine is an old acquaintance of Madonna since she recorded "Santa Baby" back in 1987 for the 1st "A very special christmas" album as a favour to him.

"Girls gone wild" is rumoured to be the second single off the album. Interscope is part of Universal music group. I don't quite understand what's the story behind 50 cent and his "Girls gone wild" single release and why is bringing Madonna into it.

(Why double post ? Can't even delete it)

50 cents confirms "Girls gone wild" single by Madonna via Twitter :
"Just when you thought their issues were sorted out we have this.... Earlier today Interscope released some artwork for what seemed to be 50's new single "Girls Gone Wild," featuring Jeremih. The track is produced by Mike WiLL and was expected before the clocked struck 12 on New Years Eve.
With the artwork and released date announced 50 Cent begged to differ releasing this statement via Twitter. "Man interscope put out the single art saying its coming out on the 31st but its not coming out. I’m not putting my album out till we are all on the same page. These people are gonna make kill one of them. Now madonna’s single is called GIRLS GONE WILD. This is some bull sh*t #SK"

Well Pharrell has been named musical diretor of the 2012 ceremony and Billy Crystal is back to present it just like the two times Madonna performed (and won) at the Oscars, so let's hope it's a sign

MORE NEWS ON THE SHOOT:
DrownedMadonna.com has more details and some clarification now that the album shoot is done.
It was a long shoot and hundreds of photos were taken. They will narrow down in next few weeks. Most of the pics were closeups / waist up with black background. It was a subdued set.
The hardest thing to discribe is her hair. Madonna's hair pulled back in tight low ponytail. Her hair waved up on top to appear as though she has short hair. Someone could say almost True Blue updated with W.E. victory roll esque hair on top.
So, victory rollish wave on top. Hair off face. Someone would say, Rihannaesque, but absolutely more mature and not color. Sorta Harper's Bazaar cover esque on top but sides and back pulled tight back.
Madonna was wearing a very structured jacket with shoulder pads, which is white and not cream to be exact. As we said, very 80's look.
Someway, this new album shoot is sorta similiar to the amazing POP magazine shoot with Madonna with suit jacket on.
Also, Neoprene fabric swimwear has been called to set. Neoprime Bikini tops. Presumably to be used under jacket. But we have no more details on this.
CORRIGENDA: There were no noen colours. The swears were not dark pink, but Pink was the brand. There was no color on set. Just a black background.
So overall it will be classic black and white photos close-ups: white jack on a black background. But do not misunderstood: the shots have been taken in color, but at the end they could be edited/manipulated as black and white.
OUT OF CURIOSITY: Madonna usually doesn't work on Fridays for Kabbalah reasons.
***Also, I'm thinking that if most of the shots are from the waist up, then the sweats aren't going to be shown and M's only wearing them out of comfort during the shoot haha
It's funny because it's exactly what she's wearing on the outtakes from this session.

M.I.A on Madonna (and Gaga )2010 :
M.I.A is at it again! After lashing out at Lady GaGa in an interview with New Musical Express, the "Paper Planes" star talks about the queen and princess of pop in a recent interview with the New York Times, and while she has nothing but good things to say about Madonna, the Sri Lankan rapper has no kind words to spare for Gagita.
In a recent interview with U.K. based weekly magazine New Musical Express, also published on PerezHilton.com, M.I.A. had some pretty nasty things to say about the "Paparazzi" songstress: "None of her music's reflective of how weird she wants to be or thinks she is."
"She models herself on Grace Jones and Madonna, but the music sounds like 20-year-old Ibiza music, you know?"."Are they even interested in making money from music anymore? Lady Gaga plugs 15 things in her new video. Dude, she even plugs a burger! That's probably how they're making money right now - buying up the burger joint, putting the burger in a music video and making loads of burger money," M.I.A. said in a bold statement.
And now the controversial rapper is at it again! In an interview published in the New York Times Wednesday, M.I.A lashes out at Lady GaGa: "With our video, we were really copying "Telephone." Both our videos are road movies. We kill people, and they kill people. They start out in a prison, and we start out in a squat, hunting people down. I can't talk about GaGa anymore. All I'll say this, it's upsetting when babies say ga-ga now. It used to be innocent. Now, they're calling her name. You can't really say that GaGa is culturally a change. Madonna was truly unique."
Not nice but not as bad as last time! But if the 'controversial chic' singer has nothing good to say about Gagita, she sure admires the queen of pop, Madonna: "Madonna is the one. Madonna did amazing songs. She had an amazing sense of style, without a stylist. And she was flawed, and sometimes she admitted it. I'll fight the fight for Madonna. I think she should send me some chocolates or something to thank me," she told The New York Times.
-
In the meantime Pat Leonard produced the new Leonard Cohen track
-
Thank you, but I was talking about the interview. I want to hear it myself that track is a part of the new album
They are not saying that this particular track is on the album but it's the one we see Hardy working on when they ask him if he pictured himself producing music for Madonna when he was a child to which he said no and that it was beyond everything he could have imagined.
Here's the link to the video : http://videos.tf1.fr/50-mn-inside/le-document-d-inside-trois-francais-dans-la-vie-de-madonna-6830948.html
But i doubt it could be played outside France. :/

Well if she did write a ballad for the movie then it will be eligible for best song during the next awards season (Globes & Oscars) since the movie is released on december 9th in selected areas for a one week run. AND we should be hearing it soon.
-
she loves to rewear her boots...her YSLs her stellas etc etc
Can we expect to see the "Susan"'s boots in her next video then ?
-
Hard Candy 's cover Givenchy 2008 Gladiator boots + black hot pants ?????

-
I don't know who will direct the video but i can see it being inspired by the movie "Faster pussycat ! Kill ! Kill! Kill ", the go-go beat in "GMAYL" fits perfectly and Madonna has been waiting to play Varla since the "Bedtime story" video shoot.
She could use Yoann Lemoine as the director or Keith Schofield.

I'm old enough to remember people's reaction to "Vogue" when it was first released and they hated it ! Madonna who gained critical acclaim with "Like a prayer" a year before was suddenly following on the bandwagon of house music.....I'm old enough to remember people's reaction to the "Erotica" album and not only because of the "SEX" controversy but because it was repetitive. I'm old enough to remember Jo Whiley's reaction on radio one when she first played "Frozen" she said "Yawn" and even said she was checking her teeth on the cd's crystal box. I remember people's reaction to "Music" saying it was all bleeps and stupid. I remember people's reaction to "Hung up" saying it was awful and cheap. I HAVE HEARD IT ALL BEFORE
That said the reactions here are funny. They go from people's talking like their own lives were on the line here to blaisé bitches.
It's just pop music as far as pop music goes this song is catchy and fun.
But i like that Madonna's fans are so harsh to her, that's what i like the most because even though they are the biggest bitches out there we're not some lambs or monsters saying amen to everything. And the reason why is because she taught us to

What was terrible about the mixing?
Hope he did not mix "Voices" as well. It's one of the worst mix ever heard on a record, So much bass that it's almost impossible to listen to it.
