  1. Sofia Boutella and Jason are still with her on this tour as well. Those are not ALL the dancers.

Anyway great to see also some new faces

No she's not. She did a show in France to promote her new movie and she said she won't dance for Madonna anymore and concentrate on her own career.

  2. the sound engineer is Demo castillon who was the sound engineer on "Hard Candy" too. He's also behind the Demolition crew that remixed and saved "I'm addicted" from the horrible production of Benny Benassi that can be heard on GGW and apparently they also saved "Gang bang" as well judging from what the demo sounds like compared to the album version they remixed.

  3. The promotion of MDNA has sucked hairy balls (probably Guy's). The album should have been released the day after the Superbowl along with the first single which should have been Turn Up The Radio. We could have had teasers from the TUTR video building up to the Superbowl perfromance. Don't get me wrong...I think the way the Superbowl turned out was fantastic, but the execution of the promotion of the album has fallen by the wayside due to the tour rehearsals.

  4. Madonna needs new fresh blood in her team. She has been with the same people for almost 20 years now (Guy, Arianne...) and she needs a reinvention.

Between W.E , Material girl, the perfume, music seems like just another branch of the Madonna brand. When her best and most respected albums were released she promoted them as a musician, like someone who wanted to be taken seriously. Stuck between perfume and cheap shoes, MDNA seems like just another business venture.

  5. Where's freddy?

She needs a new manager, and go far far far away from benassi & solveig, really I don't care if, by the end, this era is half a success, because it isn't a flop at all. True you can find places for any dates here in europe, true she doesn't have a hit single, but she archieved many things during this era, and is just the bigining.

Then, she should just start to think about our career and how she want it to end. If she's not interessed in music anymore ok, but why bother signing with interscope for 3 albums????

Amen to the Benassi thing. ( The Demolition crew saved "I'm addicted")

I highlighted your lapsus "our career" because it really sounds like it when i read some stuff written here. Why blame Guy or anyone else at the end of the day we know Madonna does what Madonna wants. Not talking about the album, doing interviews about how the album came up is telling compared to everything she did to promote the shit that is "W.E" and talk about her passion for it and filming.

  6. Let's remember the very tasteful remark Guy Ritchie made last december (in Details) on his marriage to Madonna :

"When you end up with a lot of the things you set out to chase and find that you've stumbled into all sorts of hollow victories, then you become deeply philosophical. I'm quite happy that that experience was accelerated for me. I'm glad I made money, in other words. And I'm glad I got married"

  7. What did techniKart say? I loved their lofty American Life Cover story :wow:

I don't know, i don't read it anymore. They were really mean with both Confessions and Hard Candy and became really nasty jerks since 2003 in general. The magazine used to be great but it became less and less interesting since 2004. But the Editor in chief was on that documentary Pud posted and he was very positive about Madonna so who knows ? Mostly the reviews in France are bad that's why i'm so confused by the Télérama one because they have the most demanding reviewers and is considered to be very elitist.

  8. From Wikipedia : In the opening scene of the 1992 film Reservoir Dogs, Quentin Tarantino (as Mr. Brown) was shown talking about the song, and has an insight that "Like a Virgin" is a "metaphor for big dicks". When Madonna met Quentin Tarantino at a party, after the film was released, she gave him an autographed copy of her Erotica album, signing "Quentin: it's about love, not dick"

From Entertainment Weekly in 2004 : The new issue of Entertainment Weekly features Quentin Tarantino on the cover and an interview with the director. In it he’s asked if he would be interested in working with Madonna because she has been a conversation point in a few of his film. He responded, “I’ve always said that Madonna has gotten a bad rap. She was the only actor who knew what she was doing in ‘Dick Tracy’. She was my favorite in ‘A League of Their Own’. If I had something right for her, I would totally cast her.”

  9. Do we have to keep comparing ? I'm not fighting with 13 years old Clearasil scenting kids. Do you really think if her monsters had a social and sexual life they'd be 20 millions following her ? If You could have a Twitter account only when being 18 and paying your own bills and not your parents 20 millions would be divided by 10. It feels like slapping a kid on the street just because he or she is acting like an insecure brat just like we did. I'm not preaching nor lecturing it's just that I don't want to lower myself or Madonna to Gaga Level. Madonna is in another league, of her own and comparing gives Gaga the credits she still has to earn.
