That is so interesting that you mention Anwar Sadat. At the moment I'm reading Breaking the Mirror of Heaven: The Conspiracy to Suppress the Voice of Ancient Egypt by Robert Bauval, Ahmed Osman. His regime is well documented. Fascinating and scary stuff!

  2. Oh the hypocrisy.

But the New York Times itself has “avoided” paying taxes — in 2014, for example.

     Forbes : http://www.forbes.com/sites/jeffreydorfman/2016/01/31/new-york-times-hypocrisy-on-corporate-taxes-reaches-record-high/#2bf3ab866577

… for tax year 2014, The New York Times paid no taxes and got an income tax refund of $3.5 million even though they had a pre-tax profit of $29.9 million in 2014. In other words, their post-tax profit was higher than their pre-tax profit. The explanation in their 2014 annual report is, “The effective tax rate for 2014 was favorably affected by approximately $21.1 million for the reversal of reserves for uncertain tax positions due to the lapse of applicable statutes of limitations.” If you don’t think it took fancy accountants and tax lawyers to make that happen, read the statement again.

  3. This is fucking ridiculous. Mexico has a very stable economy, a healthy foreign debt, it's the 15th largest economy in the world and has massive reserves in the case of an economic crisis.

We're tied with South Africa on that list and no where near the bottom

I understand why you're so defensive. You're living there. ... Whatever makes you feel better.

    Good day!

  4. Only one person will have to do that. I have not heard HRC talk about building a wall and sending the bill to Mexico. :banghead:

I have not heard HRC insulting Mexicans across the board. Why should it be complicated for her to be in a dialogue with Mexico. Donald Trump on the other hand.

It wont be complicated? Are you sure?

Even the US Pentagon, as far back as 2009, has stated Mexico is on the precipice of becoming a FAILED STATE. They are our direct neighbor.

Forget the wall, assume it never happens. It will still be a complex relationship.

  5. Why would she refuse? Why not start a positive dialog before she get's in office?

Hillary Clinton Refuses Mexican Presidents Invitation

Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto extended invitations to both major party presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, but where Trump took the meeting, Clinton is now refusing to accept the neighboring presidents invitation

No said former Secretary of State Clinton, she will not accept Peña Nietos invitation to meet before Novembers presidential election. Clinton made the statement during an interview with ABCs David Muir as she attempted to devalue Trumps meeting with Mexicos President. She called the trip unfortunate.
