The only thing that made me uncomfortable was Queen Latifah obviously undressing Madonna with her eyes, picturing scissoring and 69ing with her, and then finishing off fucking each other with a extra large strap on, anally as well as vaginally, and then pissing on her.
Other than that, I thought it was great.

It was the right album at the right time, with the right promotion. It begins on a high with Hung Up and does not let down at all, in my opinion. COADF won her many new fans and reminded others just how amazing she is.

I don't think its pathetic. She is being very critical of herself here and how she handled it. It takes a big person to admit their faults and they were wrong, particularly at one of the biggest moments of her career.

Apparently Live Nation is already in talks with Australian organizers to get Madonna perform there in 2015

Every tour the same rumours.

Its time she said yes to Sunset Boulevard. That film needs made and Andrew Lloyd Webber has indicated the part could be hers.

Love it! I don't know if others had the same experience, but hearing HU in 2006 at the bars/clubs always sounded awesome.
It also would be amazing for M to have another major club hit that kicks ass!
Hopefully, it won't sound anything like 4M or GMAYL even though they are both ok songs, but we know the queen can always do so much better.
Its an exceptionally feel good track. The kind that sounds good loud and always raises the roof.

Was not Was ended up rejecting Madonna's vocals back in the early 80s when she recorded it for them. They thought she was a poor vocalist and that she wouldn't go far.
Then in 1992 they wanted to release a retrospective and thought including a Madonna song would be good to promote it. So after dissing her years before they were now happy to ride on her coat tails.
TUTBMP was not far from release and Madonna didn't want a ten year old and rejected track stealing the spotlight so she vetoed it.
In revenge WasNotWas asked Kim Bassinger to record it. Oliver Stone was given the go ahead in 92 to film Evita. Oliver's preferred choice to play Eva was Kim and Kim said in an interview that she could both sing and act better than Madonna. WasNotWas only selected Kim because of her rivalry with Madonna for the Evita job.
So basically WasNotWas were a bunch of cunts?

Wow, I had no idea she ever did this. Its a real fun and happy song. I wonder why she did not give permission?

I always thought it would be a great opening number for a tour.

I believe someone like Madonna should be excused. It would be very hard for all involved to maintain any kind of focus with such a celebrity on the jury. Imagine you were chosen for jury along with Madonna. You would have no interest in the trial and be distracted by her divine presence. That would be unfair to all involved.

She is obviously mentally ill.
Anyone who has to make such remarks must have a real inferiority complex. I am sure there are many other people she can try to get one over on, but Madonna is not one of them. Her even daring to try and outdo the queen confirmsshe is psychiatrically unbalanced.

I could not give a shit who M works with, as long as the results are good. She has never disappointed, and i do not expect her to this time.

Radio 1 has lost it. It is too focused on the the age of their audience rather than on playing good music. Its all about Radio 2 now, although to be honest I mostly listen to Radio 4.
I always find it starve that Radio 1 are so hung up on the age of the artists they play, but fail to see the irony of a few of their presenters being much older than their target demographic.

My prayers go out to Berg and his students.
Why?
-
I have not seen the clip so cannot comment on it. However who cares what Vagina Scramash think? Madonna is doing this for a cause she obviously believes in, and that is what is important.
-
Is Madonna copying Edina Monsoon, or are we talking at cross porpoises?

LOL! You're so hilarious.
At least you worked out its a joke with no offence meant.

She's been there and done that. Let her have her fun and stop being so judgmental. It's one thing to say you don't like them, but to carry on and on about it, is being quite judgmental. I'm sure you do and wear things that look ridiculous to others, but I'm sure it's not gonna stop you from wearing or doing those things.
No I cant say I do. Are you on your period, your very touchy?
-
I was quoting M on DWT about getting her tits out for the lads.
The Istanbul MDNA tit gate thing, her facial expression for priceless, but as you say she has a great body
I must have ignored that bit. I cant recall it.
-
Like getting her tits out for the lads?
I'm just curious if the 49 people who voted yes to the grills so far is because they like M with them or just like that she does what she wants... from the comments I can't tell
I am sure there were women in the audience as well!
Strangely enough I can defend the tit out thing as she has a great body and fabulous jugs, so why not show them off? She just looks terrible in grills, as does everyone.
-
They make her look older, I don't think she's wearing them to appear younger...more being rebellious in that women of her age shouldn't wear them, a bit like when she rapped on American Life, don't think she did it to appear more cool or younger just doing something that wasn't the norm for a married white female of her age to do then either.
Well whatever the motivation, i am sure there are many things she could do to be rebellious where she would look stunning and less of a tit.
-
Sorry but she looks awful in them. No-one looks good in them, and while I don't want to focus on her age, she is merely giving ammunition to the press around her "pathetic" attempts to appear young and hip.
Is Ruby Wax traumatized by Madonna? insurance seminar LOL!

I just don't see it like this. She is talking to a corporate audience about where she went wrong and how she did not handle the situation. She is definitely not using it to gain credibility.
In her defence there is a lot of money to be made at corporate gigs. Many comics and TV presenters work in this markets. She had a show at the Edinburgh Festival in recent years which got great reviews.
