  1. Except if she played Scotland of course. :queenbitch: But she won't. I almost wish she held back to 2013 when that new arena at the SECC opens. Ugh. There's literally NO venues.

But yeah, sign me up for Europe.. I would go to Paris, but everyone will go there so the fun will be taken out of. Italy maybe? And Israel would definitely be interesting.

Her coming to Glasgow or Edinburgh would be a dream come true, but would have to be Hampden or Murrayfield until the new arena is open. Elton is playing Falkirk. Imagine Madonna in Falkirk!

  2. Music would be ideal. The original DWT version tho

4 mins is a no no but the track mixed with Vogue would be apt

LAP S&S style would be good also with the beat and the stadium setting

    And Holiday.

As much as us hardcore fans would bemoan these songs or re hashes the general

Population need to here educated as to what a kick arse performer she is and those are good showcases

A very valid point. This is not a Madonna audience. She needs to pull out the bigs guns, the anthems that everyone can enjoy. Think Live Earth and Live 8. She did audience pleasing songs and went down a storm. Music, Ray of Light, Like a Prayer ect. Yes many fans would bemoan Ray of Light again, but it would have the stadium jumping.

  3. 3:27 minutes?...so short!!...i always felt Hung Up album version was too short for such a wonderful song so i play the video version more...hope there's a longer video version for GMAYL if the song is great too...

I always think a lot of songs suffer in the single cut, but there are rules in some charts around single length etc for it to be considered for the chart. I think that is the case here in the UK which is why we get radio edits? Like you say Hung Up is much better in the longer version, particularly love the build up. Frozen is similar, the longer version is sublime. Its one of the reasons I dont think Isaac would have worked as a single, an amazing song but would have really suffered in a radio edit.

Anyway lots of positive noise. I am getting quite excited about it all, but....I will be the one to say it....there will be certain fanbases waiting to hear the song and compare it, however obscure, to another song as a form of "revenge".

  4. For someone who thinks GUY WILLIAMS (??) is a legend you sure are denying Madonna her rightful status. You are obviously a troll here to stir shit. She is one of the last people EVERYONE accepts as a legend.

As I said in another room in this forum, I think Live It Up is high most of the time with the shite he comes out with.

Any performance which exposes her to "non" fans is a good thing. Take two examples, Live 8 and Live Earth. She was appluaded all over the media for her fantastic performances at both these events (and Live 8 was during one of her "unpopular" periods). With the right songs and right performance, Madonna captivates an audience and reminds people why she is where she is and why she has been there so long.

  5. SEX is one of the many things that makes Madonna stand out from all the others. I could not imagine any female singer past or present having the balls to do such a thing, even in todays climate of celebrity sex tapes, let alone 20 years ago. Today it is still well known and well referenced.

  6. Spanish Lesson ranks up there with Dont Stop, Candy Shop, Easy Ride, and Did You Do It? as her best songs.... :queenbitch:

I absolutely love Dont Stop, a brilliant song.

People get so worked up about something Madonna has not even produced yet. I honestly dont give a shit who she works with, as long as she continues to make good music.

Maybe Pharell is one of the new produces she has not sucked the life from yet! Is it just me, or have many of her past producers pretty much scored their best work with her and then either faded or success with others has been harder (Willian Orbit, Stuart Price, Mirwais)?
