  1. "After revealing Wash All Over Me, we at DrownedMadonna.com are very excited to disclose the title and details of another song that Madonna recorded for her upcoming album. It’s called Joan of Arc. Take your handkerchief and get ready to cry. This one is for us… her fans!

Joan of Arc is really heartwarming. It is a gorgeous ballad on the guitair in which Madonna shows her fragility.

Actually, it is the most vulnerable Madonna has ever been. She asks fans for strength.

In Joan of Arc, Madonna‘s vocals are as fabulous as they are in You Must Love Me from Evita.

The track talks about how the world expects her to be a hero. Madonna talks about the press, how bad words put her down… and this breaks her heart.

Madonna needs to be comforted, because she’s “not Joan of Arc.” She calls her fans her soldiers “on which I can depend on.”

"I don’t wanna talk about it right now / Just hold me while I cry my eyes out / I’m not Joan of Arc, not yet / But I’m in the dark"

    And THEN Madonna posted this:

    That's right #read

  2. If we separate the producers by "teams", there's not so many, or at least not so different from her previous albums, in parenthesis are the number of tracks confirmed in interviews or used in M's instagram:

    - Team Avicii + Viking Harem (at least 5 tracks)

    - Team Diplo (5 tracks)

    - Team Toby/Ariel/S1 (at least 2 tracks)

    - Team Blood Diamonds/DJ Dahi (at least 3 tracks)

Theres no confirmation any Pharrell track will make the cut. And Natalia Kills + Martin Kierszenbaum said they wrote songs, presumably the ones Blood Diamonds and DJ Dahi produced (based on M's instagram).

  3. And this is exactly the reason why the younger generation doesn't get her. They think they are entitled to be treated like friends by those current pop stars because they appear so close thanks to social media. And of course those current popstars don't miss a chance to crawl up their fans asses (most likely because some record company intern tells them so). Then Madonna comes alone and is real and doesn't pretend to be someone she is not and people say she is arrogant and rude. That Graham Norton interview is the perfect example. People saying how cruel and ungrateful she was to those two doll makers when in fact she was very polite and appreciative. No, she didn't stand up and gave them a hug and invited them to share the stage or whatever people expect today but that doesn't make her an evil person. It's actually sad that people can't differ anymore what's fake and what's not. But I guess that happens when people spend more and more time behind the computer and prefer to have social contact via Facebook, Twitter etc. instead of going out in the "real" world.

    This!!!

  4. I know it seems like she's spending a long time working on this album but it may not be that much longer than previous albums. It just seems longer because she is on instagram now and so we know every person she worked with. On previous albums, since she wasn't on instagram we didn't know exactly when she started working on it and didn't know every person she worked with some of whose songs ended up not being used. We as hard core fans are following all the stuff on instagram and speculating, but a lot of more casual fans and just everyday people aren't following all of this.

Well, she started in february, so this is the 10th month (if she's still at it, which I doubt).

  5. Yeah, his dog lives in a huge mansion in the south of France ! That's why Guy needs so much money lol.

But seriously, I don't think there will be much left of Avicii's work on this album... Madonna stopped talking about him months ago, it's all about Diplo now. I think it's linked to the fact that he has health problems and had to cancel his shows till the end of the year... He may be incapable of finishing his work on the album and promoting it with M...

I think is just because the songs he and his team worked with Madonna were pretty much done. I am quite certain his songs are going to make it. I know it's not something concrete, but the two fan sites with access to all the demos said his songs were the best of them all.

At least these songs we can expect: Rebel Heart; Messiah; Addicted; Heartbreak City; Wash All Over Me

  6. yeah right! madonna doesn't give a shit whether we love it or not. i mean, in essence, she wants her fans to enjoy her work but that's no reason to leak a muffled 11-sec clip. this isn't her idea. she will release things when they are ready.

imo, this is someone who has a "demo" or some of the tracks that were passed around and they are recording it and "saying" its from the studio.

    +1
