  1. this is a very nice video. but to be honest, when the kids say b is for buhbuhbuh, i was thinking boobs (and madonna hitching a ride with nothing on). when they said c is for cuhcuhcuh, i was thinking cock, and it got worse when the next kid said camel like cum-mel. and d makes the sound of duhduhduh... dick lol. f makes the sound of fuufuu fuuu...... fuck! p makes the sound of puh puh puh... pussy.

  2. well in the short run, public reception towards the book and her was very negative, singles and album was not as well received, or charted or sold as well as previous albums. however, the book sold several millions at a much higher price than an album was. so commercially, together with the girlie show, that era was a huge commercial success.

in the long run, the album was a lot more positively received, with some saying it was her best. the book is also viewed in better light and is the most sought after out of print book. she survived probably the biggest controversy and backlash in music history.

so overall, the era, i would say, is still a huge success, both commercially and critically.

  3. ^ the, prior high record was MADONNA herself, she,made,$110 million between 2008 to,2009, it is in the 2011 edition which I have somewhere in my house!

i think i understood what the book meant. their 'previous record holder' referred to the last person before her to hold the record. so even though madonna held the previous record of $110 million, and $72 million, the person was still her, and not the previous person that was not her.

  4. Sounds like she's almost done? She could still pull it off for a release this year? Non?

if the album were to be released next year, there's really no reason for madonna to ask diplo to hurry up or basically show that she is quickly putting the finishing touches to the album. so the release has to be this year. and who knows, maybe they are working on a radio friendly version for unaplogetic bitch to prepare for its release as lead single.

  5. How do really know her Instagram post indicates a postponement of the album release? I really think that the way albums are released has changed a lot since Beyonce's last album and this one could come out far more unexpectedly than her previous ones. The post just could be a clever diversionary tactic to make the album even more surprising when it comes out, especially since there have been so many "leaks" the past few days.

maybe the instagram post was in reponse to the lyrics and production leaks. maybe she is referring to the lyrics and stuff as half baked cake, so she is telling us to wait patiently, doesn't mean it would take long. what's more we've already waited for so long already.

  6. the release date imo should be either 3 nov or 10 nov, more likely 10 nov. the week before 3rd nov is taylor swift's release date, so the second week of taylor swift's album might not be the best date either. anything after 10 nov doesn't fully utilise the festive sales well, so 10 nov, just like the coadf period is currently what i see as the most possible release date, which means an early to mid october single release.

  7. US chart experts, I have a question. How possible would it be for M to ever have a Believe-esque hit like Cher had in her 50s? (Assuming the song was amazing) How has the landscape changed since then to make it more or less of a possibility?

for a worldwide smash, madonna has no problems with that. all she needs is a good single. but for usa alone, i think it would be a very very difficult task because of the airplay as well as youtube views and streaming. she would have no problem sales wise. the only way i can think of now that could make it a hot 100 no.1 hit is if the song goes viral, and of course the song has to be very good. compared to the believe era, i think this is how the pure luck factor has changed.
