"I LOATH HYDRANGEAS"
This!
Or Demonna? Confessions of a Hydrangea Loather? Or name it Something to Remember again and put hydrangea in the album art.
50 Y.O.?

I love Sticky & Sweet. Great energy and amazing show overall. It's not perfect but there's hardly any perfect tour out there. I can say that S&S is a big 'fuck you' to haters who mock her age.
-
Confessions Tour had a large part in making me the fan I am now but I love S&S as well. It's just fun and energetic without worrying about being artistic that much.
-
Inside of Me is one of my most favorite M songs.
To be honest (pun intended), I don't like It's Your Honesty. I'm glad it was a leftover.
-
I love it. You can say I'm a Ray of Lighter but this is one pre-RoL album (aside from TIC) I can listen to in full and truly enjoy.

Generation M
-
How about Renaissance or Genesis? To represent her ascension once again to greatness and critical acclaim. Or something to symbolize a fresh start after the release of Celebration.
-
M must not work with RedOne, Max Martin, Dr. Luke etc. That will be utterly disappointing.
-
I like Pharell and I think he is very cute.

That Duck Sauce song
-
If Madonna repeated herself, her essence will be gone. I don't want another Ray of Light. That album is unique and has its own place in Madonna's canon. And so are her other albums.
-
Why can't people like both AL + HC?
For me, only ROL tops these two. Just my opinion.
-
My only fear is the result will be the same as Spice Girls' Headlines song. They co-wrote it with their old co-writers, Stannard & Rowe. The result was disappointing.
-
Songwriting definitely. I would not mind him co-producing 'cause who knows, it may be great.
-
Completely agree. Unfortunately fans who accept material like HC are the ones making Madge lazy
AL is the most experimental album of Madonna's career, her most alternative - yet some fans would prefer to hear lyrics like "I got Turkish Delight baby and so much more" than to hear lyrics that are on Nothing Fails, X-Static Process etc, I guess they have a different definition of what is "artistic"
Hey, I love HARD CANDY and AMERICAN LIFE both. I can enjoy them on the same level. I'll pick HC if I want to just jam and let my booty get down. On the flip side, I'll pick AMERICAN LIFE whenever I feel introspective and yearn for some zen. Yes, zen.
Include me in the American-Life-is-her-most-underrated-album bandwagon. Between ROL and AL, I choose AL. American Life and Mother & Father are one of my most favorite M songs.
See my avatar and signature. They have remained unchanged.

Had GI2M and Miles Away been hit singles, I think people's opinion on Hard Candy may be different. Wish she released SNM and BGO. Those where monsters waiting to be unleashed.
I find HC to be the easiest to access especially for casual fans. I agree that Pharrell's work in HC shits over Timbaland's. I have no qualm with M working again with Pharrell as I have always liked his work with other artists.

I love Hard Candy. I've been only a fan for the last 3-4 years so HC is the first album of M that I bought during its proper release time. It is probably the Like A Virgin or Madonna album for me in this age.
I love Ray of Light as well because "sonically", it impressed. I only learned to appreciate it after years of its release and it definitely held up very well. Music was good but as a whole, it does not gel well together. American Life, as underrated as it was, I really love it as well. It's so introspective and very personal. COADF, at first listen, I was indifferent. But it's a grower and it's now one of my favorite from her. But HC will always have that special place because it's just plain fun. ROL to COADF, there were fun moments but she's never been this fun as HC.

My most favorite video from her ever. Now downloading...
-
I first encountered the song in GHV2. I liked it. It was a good opening for GHV2 and I think it is very underrated.
-
I was in high school during this era and she was cool to teenagers then.
Impressive Instant, Don't Tell Me, & Paradise are my top 3 favorites from this. Music, the album version, I'm tired of it. But her live renditions of this remind me how good the song is.
-
For me, her biggest talent is picking up new fans every time she releases new music. Sure some old fans abandoned her along the way, but there are always new one who come along and stay (myself included ). And for new fans to be interested in her back catalogue and like it, that's something impressive.
-
I love Hard Candy. It will always have a special place with me as the first M album I bought during the time of its release. I can enjoy it for what it was and still love the other more artistic discs.
-
I've only watched DWT to S&S. I can find things to like in each tour. I'd pick the RIT because the visuals were not as spectacular as the next two tours that followed. Too bad because NKM, AL, LAP, M&F from the RIT are some of my most favorite performances from her.
-
No REAL FAN could ever love Hard Candy.
I disagree.
Which M's studio album has the most fillers tracks?
in ARCHIVE - Madonna

Like A Virgin and True Blue.
