I'm very happy with Italy numbers!!! People predicted 40-45k for San Siro, 38k for Florence and I saw people talk 25k-30k for Rome. This is the best Italy tour for Madonna EVAH!

It's official. Tomorrow they will announce the 2nd date for the MDNA Tour in Colombia
November 29thSome brazilian sources says the Rio de Janeiro Date change for Dec 2, probably because this second medellin concert.
Maybe tomorrow we have official info.

I think the audience is around 40,000. The seats looks packages and the stadium is very huge.
The public of Sticky and Sweet was around 52,000 per night. So most of this difference (12,000 people) fill the back of the stadium perfectly.
The problem is not do a show for 40,000, but Do this in a place for 60,000.
Funny that the amount of tickets sold, the production could at least bring the stage a little more to the middle of the stadium.

Also, don't expect much hype about her Italians shows this time.
She pretty much has the media against her, W.E. hit the cinemas last Friday and it's being shread to bits, and also a good part of her fans are not as supportive as usual.
I honestly don't expect any of the images from the Istanbul stadium to be beated soon.

MDNA in Italy is the best chart-run and both Give me all your luvin and girl gone wild are hit in the radios.
The show of Rome should have a smaller audience than in 2008, but that we already expected, since the date was announced after the shows in Milan and Florence had almost sold out.
Italy is very receptive to Madonna and I really doubt this time will be different.

So far we have this info for Argentina:
25,000 tickets sold in pre-sale + 45,000 on the first day of sales (http://www.26noticias.com.ar/madonna-en-argentina-lleva-vendidas-45-mil-entradas-151697.html) - for both shows = 70.000 tickets sold.
The press of Cordoba says that 30,000 of the 50,000 tickets already sold for the concert in the city.
All those infos is from first day of sales... Now the number are even higher.

I REFUSE to pay HIGH price ticks this time around! I will just buy one cheap-O ticket to say I was there and will wait for the DVD to watch in the comfort of my home when is released.
I would rather spend this money travelling to a place I have never been with my bf! *FACT*

Probably with the "normal" ticket prices she sell out in minutes the same nights from 2008, and with the new cities like porto alegre, cordoba and medellin, mdna tour should be the biggest tour EVER in latin america.

That's obvious. It's her first show in Colombia, the hype is unbelievable. As was Brazil in 2008 after 15 years without Madonna.
Probably because they dont expect to sell out in hours.. And with this schedule, they dont have time to add an aditional date.
I think LN expect better sales in Sao Paulo, not Medellin and Porto Alegre.

With the exception of Medellin and Porto Alegre, the shows in Latin America are selling good but not exceptional as in 2008.
And I hope this will be considered by Live Nation, which is charging absurd prices for tickets.
The name of the Madonna alone sells thousands of tickets, but if they want the public expected, they urgently need to review these values.
For example, in 2008 GA tickets for Sao Paulo cost (U.S. dollars) $130. Today the figure is $200.
Imagine, $ 200 for a standing far away is insane.

Porto alegre is a great surprise.. Only GA avaiable.. And the prices are insane! (U$ 180,00 for GA / U$440,00 for Premium). Probably the first brazilian date in brazil to sold out).
Rio de Janeiro = Premium Pit (U$ 470,00) sold out in 3 hours.
