Yes, it's cool. I think some people didn't get the tongue in cheek aspect. They thought she was seriously thinking that was a sexy look and trying to look young and hot etc. Some people just don't get her ironic sense of humor.

Well they just said they haven't made any music as of yet, it doesn't mean it's not happening. Perhaps the "hmmm" was because the interviewer said it's a shame they're not working with her when in fact they are? And just haven't started yet?

I'm not sure that recording 11 songs with avicii would be considered limited. She just started the process with doing her work with him upfront and is presumably finishing the process with diplo at the end.

I'm sure once news gets to Midge that you're still listening to MDNA and need to get it out of your system first before she drops her new album that she'll push it back until next year for you honey...I don't think the weird thing in this equation would be madonna releasing an album in 2014...
