I really hope this isn't true. I saw Jason open for Gaga and he was awful. ONLY part I liked was when he took his shirt off. He lipsanc the entire set.

LOVE Bad Girl! Definitely my favorite track off of Erotica. The video is fantastic too. Wish she would do more songs like these.

I'll never forget how I discovered the amazingness that is Madonna. It was 2006. I was kinda interested in this boy, William. We weren't an item yet but it was in the works. A friend of his had 2 extra tickets to the Confessions Tour and told him he could invite anyone he wanted. Naturally, he invited me! At the time, I really only knew Madonna for Hung Up. I'm sure I knew she sang Like a Virgin but I wouldn't have been able to sing it. So, I decided to check out some of her music. The first song I downloaded was the song that was on William's myspace page at the time, Sorry. The next night I listened to it while I was a bit stoned and became addicted! You know how it is... You discover this new song and you have to listen to it over and over and over and over again. That's how I was with Sorry for a long while.
Unfortunately, things didn't work out between us and I didn't get to see the Confessions Tour. However, I decided that since I liked Sorry so much I should check out the entire COADF album. I downloaded it and, low and behold, fell in love with it! After that I downloaded more and more until I eventually became, as my friends declare, obsessed! I don't care though, I love Madonna. I love her music, her status, her energy... Just everything.
What is your discovery-of-Madonna story?

The vocals of ROL are the same of the CT.
The DVD is great. This is the first time seeing the full show besides some snippets on youtube a year ago.
YOu really think so? I think it sounds completely different than the CT version.

There's a store near me called Borderline music. They have a TON of Madonna stuff. A ton of it is bootleg, though. I saw a disc in there with all of the RIT demos. It's also where I got my 2-disc BAT DVD! France and Japan shows!

If they want to release an oldie, it's much better LAP. Vogue with those 4 Minutes chords was not a good idea, in my opinion. It gave the song a violence and urgency that is just the opposite to the track, that is about being cool and dancey and elegant (not opening your legs and showing your crotch while doing it).
No, but that's definitely a Madonna element!

My first M tour was S&S. However, I was so intrigued by RIT after watching the clips on IGTTYAS. Now, after watching the full show, I'm not quite as impressed. It definitely had its highlights, but I see what you guys mean when you say it was kinda messy. The setlist seems to be on shuffle...

I don't remember what network it was, but the 2nd time the show aired on television it had the full intro and the request section. I imagine the DVD will as well.

Can't say I'm thrilled... But I'd rather see this than an all-Gaga episode. I think that both of them are still too new of artists to have an entire episode. Oh well.
