Where Flan Begins

I don't really think so, I think she has enough connections to keep on top of what's popular at any given moment, why would she rely on her daughter?
-
I bought it today at Rite Aid. Most places still have the Miley issue.

Under 30? No. I'm 28, closely approaching 29. I grew up listening to Madonna and my fandom has only become stronger in the past four years. I'm what is now considered a "Cold Y", I don't belong to Gaga's gen.
Madge is still relevant and will always be relevant because she's ingrained in music culture. My hope is that everyone listens to her as they do Michael Jackson, Elvis, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who and Pink Floyd.

I like Take a Bow but You'll See is the cooler angry revenge song so it wins.
-
The articles about it are being vague but I assume Alamo Drafthouse was the theater chain (Texas based).
-
She's more like Pink during the LAFace era. She's not most girls, she just wants real love.
I didn't even watch the VMAs but her party girl shock value and "sexiness" is lost on me completely. Part of the problem is that she's entirely too much like her father, a giant cheeseball.
-
Lovely. I think I'll buy it for the rest of the article. Not to crazy about Creepy Uncle Terry being behind the photos, though.
-
Roger who?
The guitarist and vocalist for Pink Floyd that isn't David Glimour. He tours The Wall with his solo band.
-
This is ARTpop. I don't know what that other bitch is doing.

Q: Define hate. Is having a difference of opinion considered hate nowadays?A: no having a different of opinion is right hate is intolerance hate is discrimination hate is when you think youre better than someone elseOH GOD SHE VALIDATED SOMETHING I ALWAYS KNEW WAS TRUE.Now if stupid spineless people who feed trolls would let the word "haters"/"hate on" go extinct, I'd be happy.

There seem to be a lot of English Roses boxed sets up for sale every time I look at the section on Abebooks.
-
How high were you? How do you forget something as awesome as that?
-
Other places make me feel like a dork.
Just go to Texas, isn't that where they golf?
-
Next Best Thing needs one of those minimalist Mondo posters. Just for fun.

I barely remember anything about Gaga at the 2009 VMAs either. Just something about her hanging in front of some stain glass projection. It was all about Taylor Swift and Pink swinging from ribbons that year.
Why hasn't the internet finally destroyed the label industry yet? I thought we'd be past this mega stardom bull by now. Universal, WB and Sony still think they can dictate what we like and it's sickening to see some haven't figured out you can find your own taste in music not predetermined by marketers.

The current biography books released are pretty same-y and not much new information. I ordered Like An Icon off of Abebooks for cheap and most of the info is Madonna 101 stuff up on Wikipedia and fansites. The others I've flipped through in stores are pretty much like this too.

I didn't really think of it while listening to Hard Candy and MDNA because I didn't notice it that much because she and the engineers do such a good job of covering it up.
For example, It's not the case where pitch shifting is used to a noticeable degree like the on Mariah's E=MC2 and Memoirs albums where Mariah is deliberately pitch shifting a lower octave register to make us think she can still hit those notes and doubling or layering her vocals to make her thin voice sound richer.

I like the earlier pairs she wore on Instagram that covered the front. These gated ones shown by the newsmagazines this morning are super hoodrat.
-
This mini era was... odd. I did like this though because I like Missy too.
-
Good lord I wish there was an album coming out of the project because I miss the MDNA era terribly. 2012 was just a lovely year for pop music all around because there was contrast in sound. I find pop insufferable when the princesses release things because it's all about the chart race while the actual end product is always samey, mediocre and forgotten by the end of the album promo.
-
This was my favorite song on the album but I understand why Give Me All Your Lovin' exists.
-
I wish I could find the LAP 1st issue CD with the scent. Maybe if I do enough looking on Music Stack or Discogs I could find it. I too have the cassette with those stupid perforated inserts and the smell. As a former casual for years I thought that was just the natural smell of the card stock.

Aww. Stuff like this is why 50 Cent is awesome.

Is this one of those ones where Daydream and Born This Way chart higher than Ray of Light?
