  1. According to several reports in the local press, Madonna has booked 3 dates in december at the Estadio Unico de La Plata in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

And according with several reports in Colombia, there will be a date on december. It's pretty confirmed also that Gaga will be here on november and almost in every Latin american country.

  2. The dramatic meltdown of the inclusion of LMFAO is... :lmao:

This is how I see it. Madonna could easily take the route that U2, Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, and Prince did by just going up on stage plugging along on their old hits. And while I am sure the Superbowl exposure boosted album sales for all of them, I can't recall much talk about them afterwards. These acts pretty much relied on being a nostalgic act for the audience. And I'm sure it worked out well for them. Though, they LIMITED their audience. You can bet a lot of people left and took a shit either at home or at the game when these solo artists got on stage. No doubt, the same could happen with Madonna. However, including younger and popular CURRENT chart toppers/personalities on the stage with her, will broaden Madonna's audience. So yeah, I agree... Madonna doesn't need anyone to help her put on a Hell of a show, but imagine how many more will be interested in tuning in to the Half-Time Show when they hear these others acts who they may be more interested in seeing than Madonna? I find it quite clever for Madonna to surround her self around these other acts who will appeal to more people than just her fans. Madonna is trying to target a larger audience that are diverse and may not all be interested in seeing her. She's definitely putting on a show in hopes to get more people to TUNE INTO HER by including these acts. It's a "win-win" for her. Sure, we can say she could align herself up with other acts that we prefer, but we are HER FANS. There are millions of others who actually really enjoy LMFAO, Nicki, and M.I.A. and whomever else she chooses to include. To think these acts will undermine Madonna's direction is ridiculous. The whole show is supposed to be centered around Madonna. It sounds to me it's coming together as a very huge visual show that will include a lot of other people whether it's dancers or cheerleaders. You can bet that Madonna will not be swallowed up in all that. It's ridiculous to even think that since she's put on elaborate tours where so much was going on while she performed. In the end, she still illuminated the stage. Her presence was very well known.

I'm really looking forward to this. It sounds like Madonna has really thought about how she can guarantee more people to stay interested in the HALF-TIME show when it's a fact a lot of people do leave to do their business or what not at the time of the show. I'm not going to be naive and think that it still won't happen, but with adding other acts that appeal to millions of others than just her own fans, she is guaranteeing that more people will be exposed to her as well. Hell, GIMME ALL YOUR LUVIN' may be a stinker of a song, but you can bet after the performance, the sales for that song will surpass most of her successful songs this past decade.

    Agree with every word

  3. I don't see the point. I mean the Super Bowl performances have guest stars. Nicki and MIA are singing in one song and LMFAO will have one or two minutes to do a song.

If you are worried about Madonna, take care. Headlines day after the show will say "Madonna rocked Super Bowl" or anything, but will not include in capital letters LMFAO or Nicki or MIA.
