  1. I agree! Part of the demo experience was supposed to realize they are DEMOS and would be different in their final versions and to move on when the final comes out. Some people should never have listened to them. Look at the ones who waited, they ADORE the final version. The final version fits much better with the sound of the album too. I like the demo but it sounded like a 90's William Orbit production.......not a bad thing other than the fact that it is TWENTY FIFTEEN!! Cut the cord people!! Move on!!

^^THIS.It's time to move on and focus solely on the "official" versions that made it onto the album.Let's pretend we never heard the demos.

  2. It's not that people don't get the "humor" of the song. It isn't that I find the song unfunny or serious or whatever. I just find it lyrically lazy, with literally only two memorable lines: "bitch, get off of my pole", "kiss it better, kiss it better, don't it taste like holy water". It's sonically weak in terms of melody compared to the other tracks and that's why it's rather forgettable and a skip track for me.

It does have its highlights: "bless yourself and genuflect", "Yeezus loves my pussy best"

I do agree....those two lines are the highlight :)

  3. Fans still not getting Madonna's sense of humor.

yeah,I think alot of people don't 'get' the humor of this song.In the RS interview,Madonna comments on the humor aspect of the song. It's clearly meant to be tongue in cheek (no pun intended, lol)

  4. I saw a picture on ebay of the super deluxe cd and it looked like a fold out cover design which opens up featuring photos on every side. It's not a conventional cd plastic box thing.

I can't link it as my connection to the net isn't that stable right now. I found it in the UK ebay site under Rebel Heart Super deluxe cd.

    It looks real.

is this the pic you're referring to?

  5. I'm hoping and praying M moves away from this fascination with backing tracks and music tracks, and has a more live sound this tour! It's one of the things that makes Bruno Mars and even Taylor such a refreshing change in their live shows, in the pop world. It seems M's earlier concerts, like Girlie Show, were live instruments and singing (lead and backing), I wish she would go back to it.

The band that she had for the Girlie Show were fantastic!! I too, wish she would go back to a more "live" show like that.

  6. I was listening to the ROL album on the way home from work and really appreciated hearing Donna and Nikki on 'Nothing Really Matters'. Is that really the last time she had proper back ups (besides Pharrell and Justin on HC?)

I miss hearing Donna and Nicki on Madonna's albums. They were great and added alot to Madonna's music and her tours.
