I can't imagine this song not having extraordinary sales after the SuperBowl.I think more than 106 million people watched last year's SuperBowl!

I am suprised noone is saying anything here. Don't focus on the album being at no1. Most album sales come from physical sales so it's kind of pointless. WHAT ABOUT THE SONG. That's what we should care about at this point. It is bombing on i-tunes in many important markets, USA and UK included. I thought it would have gone straight to no1 like most important releases by big artists. It's not even in the top10!
I never post negative things but this is extremely worrying and I haven't seen anyone addressing the issue!
Relax! Tomorrow,the entire world will watch her perform it live on the SuperBowl.Many of these people will rush to iTunes to purchase it.If the sales don't increase after the SuperBowl,then you can panic.

seriously,if it reaches the Top 10,that's a major accomplishment.Number One would be the icing on the cake,but I'd be satisfied with a Top 10 position.

fans should buy the single first of all and than pre-order MDNAI never thought about it that way....would it make more sense to buy the single separately and then pre-order the album??

I'm thinking that this is Madonna's "cougar album".....her "I don't give a fuck" album.I love that concept!

I voted 4 Minutes. Although I think the style of GMAYL is better suited to Madonna, I think 4 Minutes was a stronger song. I do think this album overall will be better based on its producers alone.
I agree.There was just something really "epic-sounding" about 4 Minutes.The marching band sound was brilliant! It gave the song a sense of urgency,announcing to the world that the Queen is back.I really like GMAYL but I don't think it's going to have the same type of commercial impact.I could be wrong,though.

It's obvious that Madonna likes hearing her own name in a song.On "4 Minutes",she had Justin chanting "don't be a pre-Madonna" and on this new song,she has Nicki and M.I.A chanting "Y-O-U....Madonna!"
It worked so well on "4 Minutes" and that's why she's doing it again.

I agree.I like GMAYL but I feel like it should be the "teaser single",mainly to promote the SuperBowl.She should give us a stronger,more impressive single a week before the album is released.....a song that can serve as the "REAL" first single.
