I think being blonde does attract more attention when you are a beautiful women. Some people aren't even conscious of this but it has been so deeply ingrained in society. Just look at barbie. Platinum Blonde Hair is not going to make some one famous if there is nothing else there. I think platinum blonde hair is a tricky thing because it can age you or make you look younger depending on your age. Girls who are 18 or 19 and have the fried white hair usually look around 22-25 to me. Then when you see a women around 30-35 who has a little age on her face and the flat bright color of the hair brings out every crack on the face and ages them a bit. I thought Madonna during the Girlie Show looked absolutely beautiful and I love that hair a lot but she looked older then her age to me. Maybe because she was also very slim at the time. I some times wish she would cut it short again like that but with her new face it might look very strange. When you see an older woman 55-65 I think the Platinum blonde can actually make them look younger because they already have wrinkles and age on their face by that point but the bright blonde hair makes them look younger.

Awww. This is why I miss m being in London, it wasn't uncommon to be walking around and spot her assistant, the kids or even the Queen herself round Marylebone. I remember when m and guy cycled past me and my sis on the Edgware Road. Ahhh memories.
Is the new NYC property as massive as it seems in pictures. I swear I've read it's the widest property in the city.
Its like the width of three large townhouses put together. In fact I think it was once three different townhouses converted into one. It is very large for a one family townhouse in New York. I can't say it looked gigantic in person though. I'm sure the ground floor is reserved for security.

I have a confession to make...in January my mom took my family and myself to NYC for my 30th birthday. As per usual when I'm in NYC I like to have a walk past M's place(don't judge me!). I'm not waiting for her or expecting her to ask me in for a cup of teas as M has put it in the past. I just for myself like to get any idea of where she exactly lives and and idea of what she sees on a daily basis. Call me creepy and weird if you must. I actually saw Carlos and Lola get out of a cab right in front of her old apartment building on a prior trip. Then Lola came walking down the street right toward me and I got a rush of anxiety and crossed the street immediately. Anyways, this trip I had a walk past Madonna's new townhouses and it was just as the sun was going down so the blinds were still open! I could see into some of the rooms on the front of the house and was just delighted to see the wall colors and decorations(probably just security rooms or something). It just makes her seem so much more real.....because most of the time she just seems like a goddess or entity so it's nice to see something more normal and everyday in her life. And then......my boyfriend and I continued on our way around the corner and who do we see walking toward us? Rocco with david! I just stared forward and tried to not make eye contact as we got closer to them. It was very cool to see them in person though. Some how Madonna seems to always elude me! I have no problem spotting her kids though! Anyways....just thought I'd share! Spare me the lecture of invading her privacy. I don't wait outside her house.....just walk past. Also, If I ever were to see Madonna walk out I know better then to say hello!

Omg she needs to stop! mess! Like i've said before ....let me quote Madonna..."what does a 25 y/o know about life?". YET that's all she seems to date these days. They are using her to climb their way up. I can only pray she is just using them for a good fuck and not considering it something more serious. Even if that's the case she needs to keep it on the down low and not parade the new flavor of the month around her children constantly.

Well I didn't exactly time how much I watched to be honest. I just got bored and started fast forwarding to see if she did any dancing or performing and I didn't seem to see that (Maybe I missed it). I guess what I mean is we have seen this whole let's change the world and fight for our rights Madonna many times. World peace and all that jazz. I just find it a little depressing that's all. I just wanna see her prancing down a catwalk topless or something like she did with Jean Paul. Just being a fierce bitch and giving us a thrill.

Ok, I know Im gonna get a lot of hate for this but. Is it bad that I fast forwarded the whole clip after watching a minute of it? Visually what I saw looked beautiful but I'm just bored. This kind of thing has been done by her many times before and others as well in recent years. Maybe I'm just looking for something more light hearted, fun, and fluffy in this time where all the headlines on TV are negative. Bored.....didn't excite me.

yes she is TRYING.....what I compare it to is how some gay men act there normal self around family and put them out at a gay club around a bunch other gay people and the show show begins. Saying the word "FIERCE" a hundred times and snapping all over the place and just playing up the queeny attitude. Its an ACT.....they are trying too hard to be seen in a certain way to their audience. Its the same thing.

I am sad I even started to read this thread! Totally ruined the illusion and image I had of her in my head. Will NEVER read another blog of hers again! She will look back and cringe at this herself I'm sure. What is Madonna thinking? Dakota Fanning is 2 years older then lola but is WORLDS APART in maturity....but then again Dakota was always mature and sweet for her age. Lola is just trying too hard to be hip and cool and use the lingo of NOW. Its obvious just by the way she writes and dresses herself that she is VERY attention seeking. Guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!

umm lets get real. This video is a piece of shit. It looks like it the budget was 20$ and could have been shot in anyone's basement. There is no story, no props,no locations. Madonna humping the air and dancers and daughter. I am embaressed for her.......compare this to videos she made even at the very start of her career and its sad. Videos should get BETTER as you get older not worse. She seems like she was just really being super lazy.....just like how the jump video was. Sadly this video was even more lazy. Hate or love gaga .....if madonna doesn't start putting out some good QUALITY THOUGHT OUT videos soon then her status as the music video queen is going to be coming to an end!

I feel asleep watching Drowned World.
Now THAT was a crap tour.
I didnt like it at first but over the years i've grown to love it. The theme can really turn some people off but the theme of this tour is stronger then any of her other tours. This tour by far is put together better then any other of her tours regardless if you liked the show or not. You can tell they just took more time to put it together. Everything flowed and worked well together. I love how she showcases her voice when playing the guitar in this tour. She really shows beautiful emotion with her voice. She really went for it with the dark theme and I find it very artistic. I mean i prefer madonna being sexy and having attitude like in the girle show but I can't deny that drowned world tour was very well done!
