I have to say the vocals let it down... they sound thin like
kylie's OK so my very first thought was - Can we Get Together! Meets that silly Benny remix of shytfest Celebration. It's better than GMAYL obviously. What's up with the submerged Wicked Witch of The West Human Nature vocals though?

Yes i felt Kylie in it too... its the angle used, colours, and the fact its a straight out beauty shot (which Madonna rarely does but Kylie has had to for sales

Before releasing both albums she wins Golden Globe for movie projects
Both lps are released 4 years after the previous album
Footages from the recording sessions of both albums are released and the public can see the creative process
The previous albums are influence by r'n'b and see her following a trend rather than creating it
The previous albums are not failures, but are not regarded as among her best albums
She looks happy around the time of the realease of both albums
Both lps are co-produced with Orbit
The people obviously want to hear the new albums (she appears in the most anticipated lps lists)
Both albums are released around the same time
The first single of both albums is a big surprise for the fans and the sound is unexpected
The first singles are performed at San Remo (eventually it would be the case for MDNA)
Both albums can be described as combination of light and dark

Every piece of info that we are gettin seems to lead to a "fun" album, not a piece of work like Like a Prayer or Ray Of Light. I don't mean that "fun" means "worse", but GMAYL doesn't lead to think of a new milestone in Madonna's career, even if the production is completly different.

"Masterpiece" is totally awesome. I adore it. Haven't felt this way about a Madonna song in a LONG LONG LONG LONG time.

this demo must be part of a strategy to lower expectations in anticipation of releasing something much more substantial which will create a bigger impact. i cannot believe anything else. if not, she is skirting into some serious kylie minogue territory.

Only us fans think she's a legend but the common people think differently? I see in other websites she's not relevant or too old.
