The cheek work was noticeable (and needed, as she was getting very drawn/sunken in) but almost PERFECT in 2007.
For whatever reason she was persuaded/decided to go bigger from '08 onwards.

Given how the cheeks fluctuated so much, I tend to believe they were injections rather than implants.

I thinkers some compromises happened for the HU video due to her accident.

It did not get me at first, but now it's in my top 5, no doubt. I think it's one of those songs that with the proper radio support becomes big in an unintrusive way and has a real shot at being a classic with the GP as opposed to simply a passing novelty. Slotted as a third single it was never given that chance.

Spot on Carly. Even though Kelly did a great job, she did not capture Madonna's melancholy and emotion.
I have also heard several times that Madonna is the hardest star to impersonate. She truly is one of a kind.

People who do reality TV shows:
1. Want to be famous
2. If already famous, can no longer succeed in the area of work that brought them fame
3. Do not value privacy
4. Are happy to exploit their children (if they have them)
5. Need money desperately
Madonna fits NONE of that.
