This is not 2003! Nowadays songs get to radio digitally through a platform or simply through a link. They will make the link either way available the day the song is released!

This has nothing to do with sales, Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus have what? Over 70 million followers? None of their last albums did much.
This is about Madonna being indirectly labeled by her own fans as irrelevant, that her fans are past it and can't work a PC, that she's no longer interesting to the contemporary crowd which is all not true.

That's a sad misconception spread around by threatened fanbases to make it sound like M only appeals to people her own age.
Madonna's the luckiest in terms of her demographic, she has appealed to the 25 and older crowd since MTV branded her an adult after-midnight artist back in the early 90s and not much has changed since then. No other artist before her, from her generation, or since then has her relevance.

It's hopefully a forgettable deluxe edition bonus or remix, an excuse to drag Anitta's stinky ass on stage during a South American show...the entire thing has Guy Oseary written all over it and possibly done as a favor to him.
I simply refuse to believe Madonna would consider Anitta's "music" inspiring enough to seek her out for a collaboration.
