hard candy is back up to 65 and 67 on itunes and the immaculate collection has been popping in and out the lower reaches all week. wonder how many copies a top 10 itunes album sells compared to a top 20 or 40 etc?

there's a bit of media coverage about her birthday already, so i hope that helps sales. itunes should offer her tunes for 50p on the day as a gimic hehehe if warners gave a shit they would have set up loads of tv stuff to coincide

there are really no mainstream music tv shows on british tv right now, well non that attract large viewing figures. i just hope she NEVER does one of those nasty 'an audience with...' shows. the last bankable show to guest on (in terms of sales and chart posistions etc) was 'x factor'.. i guess she could go on gmtv ala chris hehehe

i think with 2 more singles it could benefit from christmas sales. i wonder when the new 'best of' will be released though

my bf is going mad cos i can't find a hotel for us! i knew we should have booked straight away..but i forgot! oops! i bet we have to drive around after the gig all night trying to find a travel lodge outside cardiff..i'm the biggest dork ever

i think wb should fast track 'miles away' it would be great for late summer..however we all know hard they suck at such things and i can't imagine madonna shooting any more videos. unless they use the tour videos

the 'give it 2 me' remixes are no.68 on the itunes album chart

i think it's more to do with the fact that '4 minutes' is still really popular and 'give it 2 me' is taking off a bit too. 2 songs in the top 20 for 2 weeks on the trot is great! interesting to see that the releases for gi2m aren't staggered like 4m, the single/mixes are out on itunes today and the cd and picture disc are out tomorrow. i hope this is enough for a place in the top 5..but i don't know how many physical sales and mix downloads madonna normally gets on the first week

despite being a little bit bored of 'miles away' already, i think it would make a great single here in the u.k. the old school fans would really love it and it would do really well on the radio. i'm not so interested in 'the beat goes on' give it 2 the yanks hehehe i think 'devil' will do well on both sides of the atlantic too..but it deserves a fucking good video!! i wish it was like the erotica era with 6 singles and some kick ass videos too

yay! my cd single came through the post this morning...i love coming home from work to find nice mail! the album's doing really well on itunes, hope it can climb to the top 10 next week
