loomer
Bullshyt Madonna would NEVER agree to appear onstage with those nobodies. Remember when she looked AGOG when those losers on Star Academy butchered her songs? That's the most she would do. She wouldn't mentor or anything, just perform. She is not the duetting type (thank god)

Elysium
Snub by Madge ‘damned Stacey’ Published: Today BOOTED-out X Factor singer Stacey Solomon may have had her victory chances scuppered by MADONNA. The superstar, 51, had been in talks with Simon Cowell to appear in Saturday's final, with insiders claiming she was set to duet with Stacey. But the deal collapsed and the snub is being blamed for Stacey losing after she sang with Canadian crooner Michael Bublé instead. A show source said Madge's team would only let her perform if she had an album or tour to plug. The source said: "We were told she wasn't in promotion so it wasn't going to happen. "It's a shame as she'd have been brilliant and given the show a real lift, especially with Stacey." Fans of Stacey feel that Bublé does not have the same popular appeal as Robbie Williams, who partnered Olly Murs, and George Michael, who did a duet with Joe McElderry. Some are so furious that they have urged Brits to boycott the winner's song. Fan Brumgal wrote online: "Stacey was stitched up. Her chances of winning were ruined by Cowell giving her Bublé to sing with. Do not buy the X Factor single." http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/tv/x_factor/2770290/Stacey-Solomon-may-have-had-her-victory-chances-scuppered-by-Madonna.html#ixzz0ZcUn06YE Yes. There's a boycott on the X-Factor single this year on Facebook called 'Rage Against the Machine for Xmas #1!'
neutrocks
Oh, I love how the media and fans of her are trying to blame Madonna's refusal to come on the show to why this gal lost. Pleaaaase!! First off, there is proof that winning these talent shows doesn't guarantee you stardom. In fact, some of the most successful people are those who don't win. Anyway, Michael Buble' is a great talent and singer, so she should be honored to be dueting with such a great talent. If she lost, it wasn't due to anything to do with who she sang with. It was either due to her singing or the fact that the others did much better or are more popular than her.

kangarooz
''A show source said Madge's team would only let her perform if she had an album or tour to plug.'' Well there is a single and a somewhat new album? Has the release of Revolver been scrapped? If not then the fact not even Madge's team know about the release is just plain insane!! Two filler singles and a greatest hits album is not new material. Despite the rumors, I don't think Madonna ever really considered doing that show. Janet did and she still bombed anyway.

Flip The Switch
Madonna reportedly turned down the chance to perform a duet with Stacey Solomon on Saturday night’s X Factor. According to The Sun, the pop superstar had been in talks to team up with Dannii Minogue’s act for the final, but her team eventually rejected the offer because she does not have new material or a tour to promote. A source said: “We were told she wasn’t in promotion so it wasn’t going to happen. It’s a shame as she’d have been brilliant and given the show a real lift, especially with Stacey.” Saturday’s episode saw Solomon perform with Michael Bublé. Meanwhile, Olly Murs sang with Robbie Williams and eventual winner Joe McElderry was partnered with George Michael. The mother-of-one finished in third place at the weekend, leaving Murs and McElderry to battle it out in last night’s final showdown. Source: Digital spy So she's oficially over Celebration and Revolver.
