i think Iconic is opening video and BIM is opening live song...
I'm super excited for the songs from the 1st 3 albums on the setlist!
Iconic Opening and Iconic are listed as 2 different videos in the tour book credits so maybe Iconic is a standalone performance. (I really hope so)

Why don't we all just wait and see what happens tomorrow. I personally think rehearsing the show in random order is ridiculous 24 hours before you perform it for the first time, so if I think that, MADONNA SURE DOES

I use a program to raise the volume of "quiet" songs. I don't whether this will help or not, but it's called MP3Gain and I find it very useful sometimes. It's quite easy to use as well. (I'm almost sure it's free)

In the bubble I choose to live in, Madonna would never use "fat cunt" as a derogatory slur. It is no different from ethnic slurs or offending remarks based on shaming a person for their sexual or gender orientation. Fat shaming is an acute issue in our society – as evidenced by some posts in this very thread – and I hope Madge is above that. Rant over.
