I don't like the idea of an artist making a "new" or "part 2" version of a particular album. It just seems desperate and pointless. Especially for someone like M who constantly re-invents/evolves just to...revert? Nah. I would however like a new transformation. The Hard Candy/MDNA looks have slightly differed but had many similarities too. I think a new look and sound would be great. Something maybe different from what she's done in a while. I really don't want another dance-ish album.
Weeks back when she was rocking that dark old-Hollywood style wig and outfit- I liked that. Not that it's necessarily what I think she should do, but it was a cool idea.

It's not a paparazzi photo, but the first set of photos posted are very similar to the look she had on her 2009 David Letterman appearance. So fresh and youthful looking, with a hint of sexiness that only a woman of a mature age has. The outfit(s) are also very beautiful, simple and classy.

I think a shot from Girl Gone Wild/Gang Bang needs to be used. The outfit/hairstyle was sort of her "look" of the era, and the crosses and guns sort if represent the look/feel of the show, album and era, in my opinion.

I like it too. I remember when the album first came out and a record store I would go to had a giant poster of it in the front center of their window LOL. I really really dislike the font, that's really my only problem with it. Not her best photoshoot, but if the font was different I still wouldn't mind.
If this was the "Erotica" cover or something of the sort, I wouldn't care so much. But considering her age and the fact that most of the young slutty singers don't even do this pose on their album covers just makes me love it.

I agree with everyone! Album of perfection. Forever in my holy trinity of Madonna albums. LOVE the "No Substitute For Love" demo version.
I also love the Oprah interview from the Ray of Light era, mostly because she sort of seems like she's starting to totally lose her marbles in some parts.

I think this album did as well as could be expected. So, it hasn't done fabulous in the US? What else do you expect? It seems recently it's not the best time for people to "come back" or for already established artists to do well. Even Britney and Christina have had trouble and they haven't been around that long at all. JLo too. It's all about who's new and fresh - which it always has been, but it seems as if now people ONLY wanna make time for the new and fresh. Not to mention the Gaga effect, her fans create websites when a new female artist has an album out centered around spreading leaks, hiding physical copies in stores and starting rumors/trends that the album is awful. These people spend more time bringing down other artists than promoting their fave! ...Not that this makes a HUGE impact, but Gaga's recycled image alone tried to fill a Madonna void within itself.
GMAYL was a top 10 hit and she's gotten a lot musical praise for the album, because the material is good. It went #1 in more countries than any other album and the tour is doing amazing. I would like to see her go off and to something totally different - she's been toying with this modern dance sound since Confessions, and although MDNA has different elements like dub-step in it, I kind of want to see her do something new next time. Like she did with American Life (not EXACTLY like that lol), but just something else. I think she could still get a few more hits and even if she doesn't she is already solidified...she can do whatever the hell she wants now.

I'm so sorry for everyone in Austrialia! So dissapointing guys. Let's try to make it constructive critism though. The sudden bashing and hatred for her is so transparent. I'd probably be very pissed too and I'm sure it will take a while to get over it. Something tells me she will end up in Austrialia though. Maybe I'm just talking out of my ass and I'll probably end up wrong lol, but I have a feeling she will.
Either way, I'm really sorry for y'all. I guess we'll have to wait and see how this plays out.

Wow, I really like this. I'm glad the version on the album is the one we got, but this is great to have also. It's like a remix but better. If remixes were like this, I would actually enjoy them.

Yes! It was my instant favorite on the album after "Girl Gone Wild" and "Gang Bang". I love it!
Memo to MDNA: please don't work with Daft Punk on next album!

I just want her to do something new and sort of out there. Who cares if it's not gonna be big with the "kids"? I love her dance and electronic music but I think it's time for something else. MDNA is fabulous but if the next album is in the same vein then I will be very disappointed. And no hip-hop or R&B either. Something new!!
