They’re definitely understocking Warner probably didn’t expect the demand, maybe this is why they’re limiting how many each store can get? So who knows. But I've been to Fnac in the north of France and I've visited quite some record stores in Belgium over the last week or so... They all say the same thing as mediamarkt/saturn in Germany. The most amount of copies I saw were at HMV Brussels but overpriced at €62 euros for the (limited) standard double lp Quote

Record sales are now a niche market. Labels and shops do not overstock in the hope to get spontaneous sales. I want to support the few remaining record shops but lately it has become very difficult to find what I want, so I just order online. Quote

Some even came in 2nd and 3rd place at Eurovision. Here is one example: "Walking Tall". This particular perfomance is actually pretty famous because the song fit her personal situation. Just before her performance she was told her husband is having an affair. Of course, the song is super popular within the gay community, because lyricswise this is very Madonna.
