I was under the impression that was going to be the next single (given the reception to that song in particular)! Would have made perfect sense the same the video for Sorry followed on from Hung Up? Unless, there was never a planned continuation to the video but they quickly added the ending after how well the Confessions Film was received and decided to add more videos? I'd have liked more dancing from M and Sabrina. However it's fucking great. I love them projected on to sweaty torsos. I love her flying. I love the carpet roll out. I love that she had a slightly stronger brow. J'adore. Quote

I think that was just chatter between fans in here. I never ever saw it anywhere else, nothing anywhere to suggest a Substance older woman/younger woman storyline was ever on the cards. I always thought it sounded so UN Madonna anyways? Why would Madonna highlight her age like that with all we know about her and remaining youthful? It never sounded like something she would go for.
