Confessit II Posted June 10 Posted June 10 WOW some mainstream BIG UK promo for the album. CANT WAIT Thank God she is back to having the entire show to herself ! Quote
DreamTheater Posted June 10 Posted June 10 Great timing, exactly one week before the album release. Quote

Yes it’s great news. We did say she need's a big UK interview. I just hope he asks her some interesting questions and she’s relaxed and happy. Quote
bard Posted June 10 Posted June 10 i thought UK fans were hoping she didn't do graham norton again? Quote
markm Posted June 10 Author Posted June 10 Has she ever done a special with Graham Norton? I know she did Michael Parkinson for COADF. That interview was one of her best ever. She was radiant fun and relaxed. Quote

Crux Posted June 10 Posted June 10 So great that she's not sharing the stage with anyone else. I didn't like that Madame X interview. Quote

She seemed very stiff in that interview. Not relaxed at all, she looked uncomfortable. The eye patch didn’t help. Interview just came across as awkward. Quote

Yes she did a Graham special in 2012 for MDNA, she looked incredible and the interview was really good she was in a good mood. 3 minutes ago, bard said: i thought UK fans were hoping she didn't do graham norton again? I think it was always between Graham & Johnathan, they are our mainstream chat shows. I am happy as she is on her own, being on with guests in 2019 for MX didn’t work, the focus needs to be all about her. The question now is, we have the U.K. big chat show moment, which one is she choosing for America ? Quote
vertigokane Posted June 10 Posted June 10 Any idea if this an episode of The Graham Norton Show or a one-off special interview? Quote

It is written like she has the whole show. I think it’s a Madonna special. It’s called Madonna & Graham not The Graham Norton Show. 2 minutes ago, markm said: I think a live UK shows will be around the time the interview is shown. Maybe that weekend I agree. A live show in the UK that weekend would be perfect ! A Madonna bonanza and drive up sales of the album. Quote
markm Posted June 10 Author Posted June 10 I wonder if she’ll perform on Graham Norton or will it just be an interview. Quote

If I recall she’d originally been scheduled to have an exclusive special with him, but after the widespread criticism of her Eurovision performance, that plan was scrapped and she was demoted to just being a guest on his show. She was probably pissed and it def came through. The ridiculous clothes didn’t help. Quote

Take Stuart with her but she has never performed on his show the last 2 times she attended, but she did on Johnathan Ross. The UK needs some performances for sure, it’s just America that’s had them all so far in the campaign…… Quote

dario Posted June 10 Posted June 10 oh no that fake giggle guy again no please ...I prefer Dermot O’Leary again after all he did it 20 years ago. Quote

Some people here managed to get tickets. Quote

Can't stand him ever since he let Gunt sit there and say Madonna doesn't write her own songs unlike her, and didn't call her out. He's also played guitar on Gunt's album so that trash can get in the bin. Quote

People who pre-ordered have already pre-ordered. Anyone who watches it and wants to buy/stream the album will realize it's not out, and then will have forgotten all about it by release day. I think they should've timed it for release week, after the album is already available for purchase. But regardless, glad she's back on the show for an interview! Quote

I think the week before is fine, especially if it’s alongside a live U.K. show the following week leading up to release date. It will raise the profile of the album, many casuals who watch Graham or Friday night TV will know Madonna is back with a new album. I don’t think the fact it’s 1 week away will have a detrimental effect, it they like the sound of it casuals will check it out the week later. I am sure Madonna & Graham will mention the release date on the show anyways to highlight it for viewers. It’s fairly common big promotion spots happen a week before albums for artists I think. Quote
