Had any flavour of the moment pop star released a song like this (which again, they couldn't) it would be the song of summer 26

If her new song was even 1/8 of LS (or ANY of the 2 other songs from COAD 2) they'd be multi week #1s smashes. Vs more of the same artificial, phoned in, IN organic, super front loaded gunk.

That and Wash All Over Me (again...Avicii demo obviously) 2 surefire GEMS she infamously ditched. Past. Next. NOW With each listen to LS....fully connecting/ hitting. BYL went the opposite way. Initially was feeling it...enough. But quickly deflated w/ each listen. Lacked the vibe for me. LS has it. Can't be said enough LS has multiple layers to it, buildups etc...Something new, stimulating w/ each listen. Loving w/ what she w/ the 'Lady Hear Me Tonight' vocal influence. Crafty ah. Missed opportunity w/ 'Good Life' unfortunately. But as a single though? It's def. a great album deep cut, maintains momentum & they should heavily promote it to the clubs. 0 reason this shouldn't be currently pumping on some of the best sound systems in the world at all the Pride events right this 2nd w.w. & throughout the summer.
