She spent the entire summer out promoting PP, she was absolutely everywhere. It wasn’t just 1 performance and a video, she was literally all over British TV British radio & she performed the track multiple times at multiple events. She worked her ass off, the old fashioned way, she did the promo rounds.

However, we know that Madonna is not going to make a fraction of the effort, just to chart at the bottom end of the Top 10 in a single country!

But there’s your difference, Kylies main market is over here in the U.K. Madonna has the rest of the world to think about and obviously America. The slight irony is BYL seems to have been welcomed best over here, so a bit of in house promo would absolutely help BYL move up the charts. If Madonna did what Kylie did it would go top ten, but as you say she isn’t going to dedicate that amount of time to just the Brits!
