Andra Posted April 18 Posted April 18 I agree, this is her first collaboration that I actually enjoy!
Ciccone's Cheeks Posted April 18 Posted April 18 And even w/ all the name shout outs to each other, & 'I got something to say about it' etc...(referencing her old smash songs) things M has def. done w/ a lot of songs it all still seriously works! Magnetic chemistry is totally instant wherever this ends up on the charts & GP reception. Regardless of how big/high the song charts (4 Minutes). That was a JT & Timbaland dominated song w/ M just 'there'. M dominates here w/ Sabrina effortlessly filling in necessary blanks & elevates a pure *Madonna song. Perfectly synced.
Ciccone's Cheeks Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Atp, Warner's execution/promo/hype machine (even before we have the 1st confirmed HQ official single out!!) is not just flawless but 10..20x better than ALL of the 10+ years of absolute JUNK Live Nation/Interscope or whoever the F it was of her new release promo lol This is crazy! Warner is crushing it & lovve to know who the key people are behind the scenes. Not just her new album & material but love to see what they do w/ her back catalog!! Strongly vibing they're gonna f'ng finally give M the Abba, MJ, Fleetwood Mac, Whitney, even Kylie treatment. Post ~2010 Ms legacy has been painfully cringe, criminal & neglectful. Warner is fully awakening the Gen. ZOOMERS on who M even is!

And that would be ALL friggin good! I want a raw gritty PURE M album but still need some songs that don't need to be so much pure 'mainstream' but *catchy and could get some crossover radio/GP love= will allow steady album sales. That's all I'm saying.

The dance floors of the world this summer here she comes
Dany Targaryen Posted April 18 Posted April 18 I don't enjoy I Feel So Free, but I like this. Very catchy and decently melodic.. very different from IFSF.
luizotaviobarros Posted April 18 Posted April 18 This performance is getting a lot of love on Twitter. For every "retire already" comment, there are at least five positive comments. IFSF is getting a lot of love too. Looks like the past three years, for whatever reason, have done wonders to her image. And here's the best part: she never had to pander, to compromise, to stop being herself. She's riding this resurgence (yeah, I think it's fair to call it that) on her own terms, like she's always done.

Ya, pretty much w/ you. IFSF is very decent album track and totally FINE for the clubs. It's all about what one personally connects with (even if something is not single worthy or whatever). That's all I'm saying. Ya, the gays rightfully will be absolutely LIT when they hear the 1st 5 seconds & sing along to every lyric by the end of this weekend! lool.

Ciccone's Cheeks Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Just can't say enough how much WARNER is ruthlessly foreplaying & perfectly needling the thread w/ this release! I mean...daymn lol I'm sooo f'ng eager to hear the HQ version of the Bring Your Love enhanced late 80s/ early 90s keyboards & drum beats from 'Good Life'!! BUT at the same time (for now) this is absolutely enough! Do NOT want the momentum halted & to skip a beat (anything leaking etc..). When it's 100% time that'll be when we get it ALL (official single confirmation, HQ version, video etc...). This is all brewing (so far) like HU, late 2005 perfection. The buildup is pretty much a duplicate.
ffggg8526 Posted April 18 Posted April 18 still waiting for this to be released. Thought it would be right after the performance.

This is serving as the preview and warming everyone up. We have I Feel So Free to enjoy this week now it’s available officially after its exclusivity to Pride Radio. I think it was on purpose, to release the albums opener as a solo track to open the era, rather than launching with a collaboration. Then we have the spectacular performance at Coachella with a tease of the collaboration….. …..all leading to the lead single with Sabrina being officially rolled out next week, I’d imagine with the epic music video Warners are drip feeding but it’s working as she is absolutely everywhere right now.
Anne Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Does anyone else get Ariana's Yes, And? vibes from the track? Can't wait to heard it in full and in great quality to appreciate all the details.

They been telling her to retire for 40 years meanwhile Beyoncé is 45 and no one tells her to retire. I’m glad she went back with WARNER.
VogueMusic Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Out of what we’ve heard so far… THIS is the one I’m personally looking forward to the most. And kind of surprised more aren’t talking about it. It sounds utterly fantastic!!! The most contemporary, on-the-nose major pop song for the masses she’s done in a long time. Definitely sounds like major single material… and I’m excited as all hell!!!!
Messiahxxx Posted April 18 Posted April 18 On first listen I thought it was a bit basic, and the constant talking seemed a little awkward/anticlimactic. BUT I can't get the chorus out of my head since this morning, and on repeated listens I realised the talking parts are more whispered on the studio track behind the live vocals, so that's going to sound amazing on the official version. Bring it!!!! Friday can't come soon enough

Then, in frantic rapid real time desperation 'added Mariah' who just made it messier lol. Aka was basically a non starter. THIS song/collab. is the polar opposite parabolic initial energy. At least far as potential, buzz & legit GP interest. Ya, still need to hear the final HQ but strongly vibing like sweet juice apples vs dull dried up af oranges lol.
Musicinferno Posted April 18 Posted April 18 As far as I can tell from the live version Bring Your Love uses parts of Good Life in a fantastic way, not too in your face, also the whole production sounds really good.
HolidayGuy Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Annep- when "Yes, And?" came out, there were comm ents that it was somewhat a nod to/reminiscent of "Vogue." I have to watch the full performance- what I heard of this song sounded good/catchy.

Prayer85 Posted April 18 Posted April 18 so in Bring Your Love there is Max Martin's hand it would seem
TXIII Posted April 18 Posted April 18 How long was this song, a little over 2.5 minutes? I wonder if it was shortened for the live performance.
Confessit II Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Just now, TXIII said: How long was this song, a little over 2.5 minutes? I wonder if it was shortened for the live performance. I would imagine so. I don’t think we even got half the song at Coachella…..it was just a verse a chorus and a bridge I think? I bet there’s a lot more to it on the full length song! It was such a mighty tease to preview it!
Mozo1 Posted April 18 Posted April 18 CANNOT WAIT!! I could not stop replaying this jam last night/this morning. And I am so glad you can still stream their performance on Coachella's main stage page on you tube!! Fuckin' A!!
strictmachine Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Yes! I just watched the performance on the coachella livestream in much better quality than the one I’d seen earlier and the song sounds very very promising as well. I’ve no doubt when we hear the full thing in high quality that it’ll be as lushly produced as IFSF.
kingvirtue Posted April 18 Posted April 18 What is the main lyric she is singing? Maybe it is just the live echo, but I have a hard time hearing the “your” in bring your love, it sounds like bring love, free love, freedom, or some other two syllable phrase. This era is turning out to be so fun!!
