systemvalues Posted April 27 Posted April 27 I want the video. Do you think we will get some preview before the release?

paradise Posted April 27 Posted April 27 I think Sabrina usually gets about 8 million debuts for her songs so I hope her fans are on board for this
dollhouse Posted April 27 Posted April 27 hope the video premieres on Spotify and video snippets tomorrow and wednesday

I also agree with you in the fact the vibe and tone of BYL is the opposite of Sabrina’s usual wheelhouse so for her fans, the very fans Warners are banking on streaming it won’t be used to this type of track. BUT having said that, I still think this collaboration has the best chance over an outstanding Madonna solo lead for very obvious reasons. That’s just the times we live in of course! Its catchy, refreshing & to my ears had replay value that nothing on MX really captured because it was too left field, that’s fair enough differ vibe of a record! Ultimately, I think BYL will absolutely boost CONFESSIONS II profile online, purely because of Sabrina, and that’s exactly the place for it to be in. What I love about it is it feels authentic to Madonna’s sound & vibe rather than a let’s hook up with the hottest young thang so it’s pleasing to us as a fanbase as well. exactly, how dull at this point would be a collab with Sabrinas usual sound or rnb? this is Madonnas field and the song is great and fresh with sound straight from the Vogue mega smash era, to the Dance Floor by the way, did she sample Vogue on This (and Inner City)
impr3ssive_instant Posted April 27 Posted April 27 I agree that it probably won't be a hit in the US since people here don't really go for this type of music. But it will definitely chart. I'm more interested to see how it does abroad.

Its totally Madonna. It’s nostalgic, it’s her wheelhouse, it’s her vibe, it’s her intention as part of her 2026 attack on the dance floor It feels totally authentic in a way some of her previous collaborations haven’t, and that’s just from the preview ! I think she has sampled Inner City in this track I could hear it more on the live version at coachella It’s a great use of 90s vintage house music reimagined by the mistress of the pop dance floor for the 21st century! Bliss. Sublime. Iconic.

Confessit II Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Promotion and Awareness of the new track has already started !!!!

impr3ssive_instant Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Stuart really knows how to work with her vocals. The mixing on every song so far has been great. Sounds like vintage Madonna. As much as I liked Madame X my biggest gripe was the vocal mixing
Jairo Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Warner promoting the song on the main pop twitter accounts again!

stevo208 Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Everything this era is perfect. Perfect!! I need 2 cd singles plus a 12" physical release. The cover is stunning... very powerful image or women and a very 90s aesthetic.

Confessit II Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Do long waits happen in 2026 between singles dropping and music videos dropping? That is very 90’s way of thinking. I think the video will be released hot off the heels of the track with very little (if any) wait time. Teasers of the video to begin tomorrow in my humble opinion.
Mr Ciccone Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Will there be physicals available at some point? I don't recall there being any for the Madame X singles?

I agree I think the video will follow the song rapidly late on Friday. The video must be totally ready by now, not that it matters now but I wonder if that’s why it was delayed a week later after Coachella? Because the edit wasn’t ready. The time we all anticipated the track to come out was then of course.
