I totally agree it looks iconic as hell and it’s a shame it’s not part and parcel of the main artwork throughout ! But I guess it makes it even more special as a variant and it’s not just another one on the market. The image is very COADF era, especially with the strawberry looking hair.

A lot of people already have their year planned out at this point but she toured MX starting in September of 2019 announcing it in May, a month before the album dropped so it could go either way.
