I do think, though, that constantly repeating negativity- whoever it is - doesn't accomplish much. From what sounds like, this is an album tease, and sounds like it's a good opener for the album/announcement as a return. I will give it a listen.

At least wait until we get it in HQ to announce your final verdict. It is not even the lead single, is the first track of the album. It's like an extended intro.
