(I do love the custom treatment of her name for the first Confessions! Don’t get me wrong! It was perfect for that album. We’ll see what this one sounds like in full eventually, or rather we’ll hear… so maybe it’ll feel even more “right” down the road a bit.)

I think it's a deliberate strategy. Agreed. Intentional… There’s enough info to make purchasing decisions, but still keeping some mystery and element of surprise, which is nice. Allows them flexibility, too, if they need to make a slight adjustment (for second single, for example).

I love that little call back to her days as a hat/coat check girl. So cool. She really doesn’t forget where she came from or how far she has gone or how she got there.

I wasn’t as thrown off by the font — there are some variations in the typeface being used in the visualizers so far, so … thought maybe an inside page of the book may have been different than the cover, but … you’re probably right. Enough flags that it is probably not legit.

(I went multiple dates, always on the floor, but never in the pit.) May have to dial back if she goes on tour in 2026 — hoping the tour is a little farther out on the calendar this album cycle. Since we’re getting preorders of the album without a tour bundle (as some predicted, because it’s not counted for the charts anymore) … maybe the tour is just a promo/pocket one to start, and then a proper “world” tour later (depending on how much of the globe she is able to traverse this outing). Is that just printed on (like the “sticker” on the Untold Chapter of Bedtime Stories)? Or is it actually a sticker/seal that we are going to have to slice open? (Forgive me if this is a really common packaging practice from the 90s or something… I wasn’t really collecting vinyl then. We had vinyl when I was very young, but things moved toward cassettes, and then CDs etc. You get the idea. Just don’t know if that’s something you used to commonly see or if it’s a design choice.)

In this case, it's AI. Oh! Thanks — didn’t know this! I knew about image search, but didn’t know they’d rolled out this feature. Good to know! And glad to have the mystery solved. I kind of feel we’ll eventually see something like it, since we already have two angles on it (front and back cover).
